When we arrived at the hotel, after confirming our booking earlier in the day, we were told that our reservation was cancelled! (Along with many other reservations.) We were all told that they didn't have enough rooms cleaned, so the General Manager told the front desk staff to cancel all of the reservations, and they did not notify us.

The staff is absolutely fantastic

Cons:

I know the property is in the middle of renovation. This is the second year in a row we stayed. I hope the finished renovations they put new mattresses on the beds.

Bad, Not worth the $200 a night charge.

Cons:

When we arrived at about 145 we were rudely told check in was at 3. Had to wait. Rooms very dated. Carpet nasty. Pool cloudy. Free breakfast started to run out of food an hour before it was over. Absolutely NOT worth $200/night.

Pros:

The entire staff (front desk, in the breakfast area, housekeeping) was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman (I think from housekeeping) we met in the hallway as were leaving - asked how are stay was. We thought that was nice that he asked.
The breakfast was phenomenal. It was nice to have so many options of food.
