Don't do it, stay anywhere else! Your back seat is a better option.

The staff was good

Cons:

Horrid place to stay! We were 3 guests, no extra pillow or blanket for the 3rd person. Staff said they have a bunch of checkouts, so no bedding was available. The remotes for the tvs didn't work. The only option was the little buttons on the TV itself. Everyone knows how much not fun those are to hassle with. The bathroom door didn't close, and there was no jetted tub as described in the room amenities. The room air conditioner ran constantly until the room was the north pole, then didn't turn back on for hours. The only water available is a bottle of Dasani for 4.00....4.00/bottle. Room had 2 tvs, but you could only actually use one. I called prior to check in asking about parking and was told they had a private lot that was free. Get there, its 15.00/day to park in the hotels parking lot that you rented a room at or they'll tow you. P.S. After watching my kid play in the Waterpark all day, out of all the kids and adults in the pool, only one kid got out to go pee. All day, only 1 kid. It's literally the lake of wizz. Reserved 2 days, checked out after the first day, no refund. Stay anywhere else and save yourself the hassle.

This place could be really nice, but my guess is corporate greed has made it become shitty
Pros:

Big entrance? Idk not much

Cons:

Only 2 elevators to go up. No stairs. Keys constantly don’t work. The breakfast wasn’t free. It’s $15 per person for a standard free breakfast everywhere else.

In the room we stayed in, the damn lock was broken and didn’t do anything.

It was not enjoyable
Pros:

Breakfast was not offered at this location. We did not know that until we got there. There was a lady who caused a real scene when we got there. We were not allowed to check in a minute before 4:00 p.m. The staff was not friendly at all.

Cons:

Very little. We will never be returning

There was trash in the pools. Water slide and water park amenities were not working. Took my son on vacation and the hotel did not live up to what we thought. Bed was broken and pieces were sticking out. Not safe

Pros:

Staff was awesome. Missed place my key card multiple times, and never had a problem with getting another.

Cons:

We had plumbing issues with the sink and tub. No room service. We had 2 room with two king size beds to me that would automatically mean that there should have been 4 towels, maybe more,we had only 3 I use two one for my hair and one for drying off.

Pros:

The kids loved the water slide and hot tub! The beds were comfy.

Cons:

That our televisions (both) were not working when we checked in. And even the next morning they had to come back a second time bc we had turned the TV off the night before and it didn't work again. Also 15/day is crazy work for parking when paying that much a night alright. Makes sense maybe a pay per stay for the whole trip but we parked on the free street side the entire time.

Nice location off interstate

Cons:

Booking said pool and facilities were open until 11pm. The reason we chose this hotel. Got to hotel at 8pm and we were told it was closing at 9pm. We’re also told by front desk that ice cream shop open til 11pm. Went to restaurant at 9 after pool and when we wanted ice cream before heading to room at 10:15 pm it was already closed. Also not the cleanest rooms or facility.

Pros:

I went to the hotel in October and let me tell you, this guy was the nicest guy I’ve ever met. his name was Dylan and he deserves a raise. he needs one. He was one of the kindest people I’ve spoke to on the phone. Please give this boy a raise. He was fun to talk to and gave good input and feedback on every question I had! I’ve never felt so heard!!

Our overall stay was great.
Pros:

The pool was excellent and the sleep was comfortable. My son cut his toe in the pool and the staff help us giving us gauze and tape. Gave my son a sucker.

Cons:

The floor of our room was in bad shape like the room flooded and squishy weird when walking to the bathroom
