Pros:

The kids loved the water slide and hot tub! The beds were comfy.

Cons:

That our televisions (both) were not working when we checked in. And even the next morning they had to come back a second time bc we had turned the TV off the night before and it didn't work again. Also 15/day is crazy work for parking when paying that much a night alright. Makes sense maybe a pay per stay for the whole trip but we parked on the free street side the entire time.

The ice cream store in the motel is great

Cons:

When we checked in the bedsheets were filthy dirty and we didn’t notice it until 1 o’clock. We slept on top of the covers candy wrappers. The game one of the games are broke and the waterpark and then open up the.

Disappointing. Call ahead

Nice location off interstate

Cons:

Booking said pool and facilities were open until 11pm. The reason we chose this hotel. Got to hotel at 8pm and we were told it was closing at 9pm. We’re also told by front desk that ice cream shop open til 11pm. Went to restaurant at 9 after pool and when we wanted ice cream before heading to room at 10:15 pm it was already closed. Also not the cleanest rooms or facility.

Room was filthy had mold and spider on the floor as soon as you walked in. Floors were buckling up and damaged in bathroom and main room

Pros:

I went to the hotel in October and let me tell you, this guy was the nicest guy I’ve ever met. his name was Dylan and he deserves a raise. he needs one. He was one of the kindest people I’ve spoke to on the phone. Please give this boy a raise. He was fun to talk to and gave good input and feedback on every question I had! I’ve never felt so heard!!

Pros:

The waterpark for the kids was great, but they kept running out of towels.

Cons:

No water pressure in the bathroom sink
Toilet clogged up
No coffee creamer in the whole restaurant
They advertise free parking, but only 5 spaces that were free. Had to pay $15 a day for parking.
They have phones in the rooms to call front desk, but they didn't work.
Never once came to take the garbage or replenish the towels in the 3 days we were there. Had to go downstairs for everything we needed.

Our overall stay was great.
Pros:

The pool was excellent and the sleep was comfortable. My son cut his toe in the pool and the staff help us giving us gauze and tape. Gave my son a sucker.

Cons:

The floor of our room was in bad shape like the room flooded and squishy weird when walking to the bathroom

Terrible customer service.
Pros:

This hotel charged my card when we didn't even show up. We cancelled our reservation and they will not allow a refund!! I spoke with a manager, and she hung up on me. Told me I should have listened better when making reservations. I will never book a hotel stay with them again!

Food Was Amazing ! Pool and Manager Less than Sub par
Pros:

I chose this location for the “Water Park” which was closed, but we were not notified (quite rude about it as well). The front desk was nice, but the manager, Jane, was extremely rude and unprofessional. On the upside, I enjoyed the absolute best burger (Classic Burger) in the restaurant portion of the hotel. Burger theory, chef RJ, was very nice and brought our food out hot and cooked to perfection. If I do go back, it would strictly be for the food.

Disgusting place.
Pros:

Nothing. The front desk had no clue what was going in. The hotel had been cited several hundred misdemeanors by health and safety and none of this was disclosed.

Cons:

That we are owed a refund due to unsafe facilities and have yet to receive anything. Inha e spent days sending un messages to booking.com customer service only to be told we will get back to you within 24 hours. I came to check for updates and it says chat has ben ended due to inactivity.

No Waterpark. No Free Parking or Breakfast. No Customer Service.
Pros:

Our experience was very unpleasant from before we even checked in. We chose this hotel for the “waterpark” since it was supposed to be cold in Omaha. We get a text 2 days before that the waterpark is now closed for renovations but MIGHT be back open. They offered no discount or anything for this. Turns out they were shut down by the city of Omaha for the lack of safety and cleanliness of their pool. They said we could use the hotel a mile away’s pool… it was a tiny pool, nothing fun. They claimed that we aren’t paying for the waterpark so that’s why they aren’t offering any refunds. Holiday Inns usually offer free breakfast, but they charge $15/person. They also have free parking, but this costs $15/night. We check into our room and it’s not nice at all. The flooring in the bathroom is bubbling up from water damage, probably the worst maintained Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed in. All they offered was to let us cancel and by that point, there wasn’t a lot available around us. I’d advise to not stay here. Even the front desk people were not pleasant at all. Just stay away and use your money elsewhere.
