Loved the view and the room and the hotel pool was amazing and clean and warm they took the time to clean it and made it very comfortable
Couldn’t stay another night
It Was a good stay had lots of fun
The hot tub needed to be a little hotter
Oh we loved it after we first stayed. The water pressure for the shower sucked but it is what it is.
However. Just found out that they are operating out of code and have been for a while now. Between citations for mechanical and chemical issues I'm surprised they are even open. And the parking is ridiculous then to have to pay for it as well!
The rooms (king room with a view) were AMAZING
Paying for parking as a guest of the hotel is ridiculous … I’d understand if someone was coming to just use the waterpark, but not a resident

The weather was terrible but the carts and parking were accessible being as though I’m disabled so we were able to get parked and get our bags into the hotel easily.
The lady at the desk Saturday morning was extremely rude.

Waterpark
Room had mold in the tub, ice machine & room ice container had mold in it (minding you, my boyfriend had consumed the mold because it all sank to the bottom of his cup and we didn’t realize it until his drink was half gone) my room phone did not work (it was plugged in and everything, but the line was dead), room heater & a/c had no knobs on it and the thermostat did not work at all, our sleeping room tv had no volume and the pictures kept freezing (we went down to front desk to see if we could get it fixed, guy came up fixed it , tv worked for 5 seconds and did it all over again, went back down the front desk to see what we could do next, the guy was suppose to come back to our and never did), my card was before I even made it onto property and there was no manager on property to discuss my stay
