Clean and fun for the kids!
Pros:

The weather was terrible but the carts and parking were accessible being as though I’m disabled so we were able to get parked and get our bags into the hotel easily.

Cons:

The lady at the desk Saturday morning was extremely rude.

Room had mold in the tub, ice machine & room ice container had mold in it (minding you, my boyfriend had consumed the mold because it all sank to the bottom of his cup and we didn’t realize it until his drink was half gone) my room phone did not work (it was plugged in and everything, but the line was dead), room heater & a/c had no knobs on it and the thermostat did not work at all, our sleeping room tv had no volume and the pictures kept freezing (we went down to front desk to see if we could get it fixed, guy came up fixed it , tv worked for 5 seconds and did it all over again, went back down the front desk to see what we could do next, the guy was suppose to come back to our and never did), my card was before I even made it onto property and there was no manager on property to discuss my stay

Pros:

staff seemed annoyed to help. Put on hold for several minutes

Cons:

the pool was dirty and gross, definitely needed to be cleaned. The room smelled terrible and had sticky floors.

The room was nice and the restaurant staff were very polite.

Cons:

They where other guests that weren't following safety regulations while we stayed. We went to the water park and there was a family with four children with parents who were irresponsible. And they were misusing the fact that there was no lifeguard, going down over and over again right after each other.almost crashing into other guests as well following close behind.

Great experience. Only downfall was we had people who were stomping around throughout the night

We were definitely not impressed with the hotel and our stay. The AC didn't work in one room, the shower didn't work in the other. None of the rooms had enough towels and the staff was rude about us having to get extra. Our rooms did not get cleaned, the trash didn't even get emptied. There was a cockroach in the bathroom and the arcade room. You don't have the option to take the stairs and with only two elevators it's takes forever and always a line. You charge $15 for a regular hotel breakfast nothing special about that and the coffee was horrible. Water Park was fun but not worth it for the hotel. Would not recommend.

Pros:

Several options on things to do. Very comfortable, very clean. Staff was friendly

Cons:

The arcade was broken, so was the coin machine, no bending machines on floors that accept cash or coin. Expensive items in downstairs shopping area. Nothing included in stay
