Disgusting place.
Pros:

Nothing. The front desk had no clue what was going in. The hotel had been cited several hundred misdemeanors by health and safety and none of this was disclosed.

Cons:

That we are owed a refund due to unsafe facilities and have yet to receive anything. Inha e spent days sending un messages to booking.com customer service only to be told we will get back to you within 24 hours. I came to check for updates and it says chat has ben ended due to inactivity.

It was disappointing.

The front desk gal was extremely helpful!

Poor. Hopefully it was just a bad moment for them and they’re not always like that.
Pros:

Pool was closed because of health department. My sheets had coffee stains and some sort of small red dot looks like they may have been just stained but still. Bath looked like dirt was on it. One of the lights didn’t want. String in our room near ceiling from someone else’s party before hand.

Cons:

We stayed for the water park. Didn’t get to use it.

Loved the view and the room and the hotel pool was amazing and clean and warm they took the time to clean it and made it very comfortable

Why was the water park open??
Pros:

Stayed here only to find out later that they are operating their waterpark with no permits. How safe is that? How safe was the water I was in? Scary that management allowed this.

Oh we loved it after we first stayed. The water pressure for the shower sucked but it is what it is.

Cons:

However. Just found out that they are operating out of code and have been for a while now. Between citations for mechanical and chemical issues I'm surprised they are even open. And the parking is ridiculous then to have to pay for it as well!
