Very clean, quiet, safe area. Plenty of restaurants right near hotel. Kroger is next to hotel with a pharmacy. The staff went above and beyond to help me. I was hospitalized during my stay, and the hotel staff was amazing. Hospital was within minutes away. Also, the use of washers and dryers was complimentary. We needed to extend our stay, and we remained at this hotel. Very clean hotel!

Easy access to freeway

When i arrived my reservation did not appear on her system. Even when i showed her my confirmation! She didnt offer a room! I told i was tired but i was going to kerp driving, didnt respond! I am done using Hotels.com

I would never stay at the hotel again. It smelled very musty and old, the carpet in the room does not seem like it has been cleaned in a long time, there were blood spots on the floor of the elevator that I told the manager about that did not get cleaned up for the two days I was there, there was no instructions on how to use the TV, the toilets were extremely low, so if an older person or somebody with a handicap probably would not be able to easily use them, and the showerhead barely put out any type of decent water pressure, they definitely need to refresh the hotel, especially for the price you pay to stay there. Additionally, you can tell that multiple family members of the owners are living in the hotel. The nighttime manager’s family was camped out in the front lobby when we returned late on our second night. Just over an all not the best experience. If all the hotels in the area were not booked due to graduation for Bowling Green, we probably would have left after we checked in.

The only issue we had was with the water pressure. The hot water was a trickle in the sink. Minor issue, more of an inconvenience. Everything else was great.

On Monday, April 21st I began making the reservation for Friday, April 25th. I had to step away from my computer to attend to a work matter and upon returning to my computer I completed the reservation. All the while not realizing that the date had been reset to staying from the 21st to the 22nd. It was not until I checked the reservation page on Wednesday April 23rd that I saw the reservation had been made for the 21st instead of the 25th as I wanted. Mind you, there was no call received or email sent inquiring as to why we had not shown up. On Friday the 25th, I called and asked if there was anything that could be done and the first individual I spoke to said that we could stay the 25th and pay the difference in price from the 21st to the 25th. I agreed to this offer and hung up. A couple hours later, after not receiving any confirmation email, I called the hotel and spoke with someone else who said that they had talked to the manager and he changed his mind and the earlier offer was no longer valid. He said he would only give me a $56 credit and I had to pay $144 making the room $200. I mentioned that the rooms were only $151 online and rather than coming to an agreement or giving me the credit towards the $151 room, he simply stated "then book the room online." He knew he had already gotten his money so providing genuine customer service was no longer his concern. I am not saying I was not wrong in any part of this situation but I thought that just maybe, a business would attempt to work with the customer to come to a mutual agreement where both parties are satisfied. It's truly disheartening that only dollar signs were seen by the manager and not providing service to customers.

This was our second time using this facility. They have new tv remotes and no direction on how to use it. Desk person wasn’t very helpful. After 30 minutes we were able to change the channels at least.
No hot water in bathroom sink.
Beds are great!

Great staff, super clean rooms. Plenty of parking. Easy highway access.

This hotel was amazing staff very attentive my room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette has the essential needs for cooking. I will definitely stay again here.
