InterContinental Paris Champs Elysées Etoile by IHG

I want to thank the team at InterContinental Paris Champs-Élysées Étoile by IHG. From the first step into the hotel to the departure on our last day, our stay felt exquisite.

What really made the stay was the attention to detail from the staff, from check-in to the concierge services to those helping us find transportation to the service we received at breakfast every day. Everyone was SO kind and always willing to share their knowledge and help us ensure we are happy with our stay.

A special thank you to Jeremie, Elisa, Luan, Benjamin, Vena, Ali, Bastien, and everyone else who worked during our stay at the end of March 2026. What I really loved were the hotel rooms. I am also very big on good quality bedding and toiletries; they had it all. I also loved being able to make coffee in my room with the Nespresso every morning and heading down to breakfast for a freshly-made-to-order omelet, matcha (SO good), and the French yogurt with fruit and granola. This spot felt very safe, comfortable, and of great quality. The staff is also always willing to provide you with detailed activity recommendations for your day, and the best way to describe it is... when you need something, they help you with patience and a great personality. If you want to send postcards from the hotel (which I recommend) for folks in the States, make sure you have some Euro cash on you! Other than that, card is fine for all other services and costs. Thank you all for the great experience. I hope to come again!

Our family has a wonderful stay, it was perfectly located for walking to the Eiffel tower and Arc de Triumph and of course the Champs-Elyses. Taking Ubers and taxis was very reasonable anywhere else. The hotel is boutique as to be expected in Paris but the rooms were luxurious and the front desk staff were all so incredibly friendly, helpful and made the stay extra special. I wish I could mention everybody by name because the all stood out - but a special thank you to Amine for making sure we made our early AM train with smiles!!

Family City break to Paris Appx 2-3 walk to Arc De Triomphe

This was my second stay at the InterContinental Paris Champs-Élysées Etoile in the past 6 months, and as someone who travels frequently for business and regularly stays at InterContinental properties across the U.S. and Europe, this location truly stands out.

What makes this hotel unique is its smaller size—it has a boutique feel that’s rare for the brand, while still delivering a full five-star experience from start to finish.
This time, I brought my family (4 adults and 3 children), and the hotel handled our group seamlessly. We stayed in a junior suite and a neighboring standard room, with rollaway beds for the kids. From our top-floor rooms, we had incredible views of both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, along with a private terrace—an unforgettable touch. The rooms themselves are modern, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. Every detail felt thoughtful and well-maintained.

What truly elevates this property, however, is the staff. The entire team was impeccable—warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay comfortable. A special thank you to Laurent, Rocio, Franck, Ismail, Elisa, and Jeremie. Franck, in particular, went above and beyond to make our family feel at home.

The concierge team was excellent, securing reservations that accommodated our larger party without issue. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning, and one evening ordered Japanese food via room service, which was outstanding.
The location in the 8th arrondissement is ideal—just 2 blocks to the Arc de Triomphe and incredibly convenient for exploring the city.

Cozy hotel just steps from Champs Elyesse .

The hotel is literally 10 steps from the famous LV store, all the shopping and restaurants cafés are close by.

The rooms are small but comfortable,bathrooms are spacious. It’s a small 50 room hotel , so it feels nice.

Staff is always smiling and very helpful.

Breakfast is disappointing,it’s outsourced , may be the reason for the poor show.

Overall good experience, I can stay again.

Loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly throughout. Breakfast was perfect in an open area terrace although I’m sure it can be closed for inclement weather. The waiter was so nice every morning. The room although not big was very comfortable with great mattress pillows and duvet. The location was also very convenient close to the arc. The concierge recommended 3 great dinner restaurants, walking distance with delicious food and great service. I would go back without a doubt.

We visited the hope to celebrate my partner’s 40th birthday. The team were incredible here and organised the room so beautifully with balloons and champagne. My partner absolutely loved the trip and we’d recommend the intercontinental champs elysees to other visitors travelling to Paris!

We loved the staff, especially Frank and Jeremy, who went out of their way to help us with bookings and information about Paris and tour sites. Frank was very friendly and helpful. the hotel was very central to central Paris, and we walked to champs Elysee, the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triumph. It was a beautiful hotel.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. BART the concierge was very helpful. The hotel was clean, quiet and small. Breakfast was good and the rooms clean. Very happy with our choice.
