ontbijt voor een vegetariër is dan wel matig. Geen kaas of iets en ook geen jam of confiture. veel bacon, worst en aardappelen. enfin. koffie ruimschoots.

It was the perfect location for what we needed, visiting friends nearby.

Cons:

The breakfast was no frills and okay. Would have liked it freshly hot and replenished. I stuck to toast in the end.

Handy hotel with good parking.
Pros:

We had an accessible room on the 1st floor. There is a lift. The room was clean and spacious. The wet room was good. Breakfast was excellent as usual. Lots of choice. We have stayed her a few times as it's convenient for my relatives and also the south coast ferries.

Cons:

The bed was small and a bit firm for me.
There is a long walk from the lift to the accessible rooms.

Put me off holiday inns

Cons:

The first lady on reception was pretty cold, Laura was her name, she gave me my card for room 58, I carried all my stuff to the room, card wouldn't work, carried it all back, they took my card and updated it, went back to my room, card worked, someone else's belongings where in there! I went straight back to reception, another lady took my card and apologised, she was lovely, gave me a free drink, I heard Laura tell her it was her mistake and my room should have been 38, shocking.

The breakfast choice was very good and area easy for London. And also good if you liked walking.

Cons:

Couldn't really pick anything as it was all pretty good. And there were several restaurants to choose from.

Lovely setting but uncomfortable beds

Friendly check in. Good lobby area. Plenty of free parking.

Cons:

The room was very small for family of 4. We are used to this. However what was not acceptable was the very very uncomfortable sofa bed for the children. The base had bars that protruded through the wafer thin mattress. This sofa bed was not a heavy duty one to be used in hotels (as a former hotelier I have fallen into this trap myself with sofa beds). Sofa beds must have proper heavy duty mattresses that are hotel grade for them to last. This is especially important if you are a preferred provider of accommodation for ‘chessington world of adventures’. You must have a lot of families stay. The main bed was also not very comfortable. We usually go for Premier Inns because of bed comfort. We only went with you because of the referral from Chessington WOA. Wouldn’t again.
