Very comfortable and clean. Lovely having air con in the room. Good variety for breakfast. Had breakfast early as it was a weekend and lots of children about.
Very happy staff. Always a good stay

A lovely Saturday was spoled by a bad night sleep due to the bed.

Cons:

2 adults and two children staying in room and had to ask for extra towels for children to have showers as they only provided 2.
The main bed was so soft that it caused us both problems sleeping and we both had backache in the morning.

Was very disappointed when I arrived and the staff was very hostile. We arrived at 1 am after attending a party, the receptionist was treating us very rudely and gave us the bare minimum in terms of information about breakfast, the wifi password, where to find the restaurant and was very disappointed. When we got in the room l, the room was full of ants, there were no complimentary bottles of water like any other hotel ive been at, nor was there tea or coffee. There room seemed to have justbeen organised but not clean and was full of dust. Horrible stay. The breakfast was horrendous, one of the waiters was kind enough to get us veggie sausages but honestly the taste of it was really bad, we only had 2 hashbrowns to eat for breakfast. When checking out, we went to buy a bottle of water and although there were staff in the restaurant and saw us, they continued to ignore us while chatting with eachother, leaving us stranded for about 5 to 10 mins before we decided to approach someone to ask them to charge us for the bottle. Never again, very bad experience.

We lost trust in this hotel chain

Very disappointed. I was charged 36€ deposit, but from my bank account was taken 66€!!! Very poor communication with the receptionist, wasn’t any helpful with some changes in our reservation. We were 3 adults, booked 2 separate rooms but got one which was far too small. Pull-out bed was totally inconvenient for sleeping. We left one night earlier, found something else.
