I enjoyed a night here whilst attending an event over the road at Epsom Racecourse. The hotel was a great location, so I could access the venue easily. A very comfortable stay ending with a wonderful breakfast.
Really excellent hotel. Perfect location for the racecourse.

Rooms very clean, well decorated and with everything we needed.

Paying room deposit on arrival when I was told that everything was fully paid
Perfectly positioned for our needs. Excellent room and shower room. Helpful staff. Good facilities. Ate at the Rubbing Horse, which was also excellent.
Lack of sockets to charge phones. None near the bed. Lighting not great. Bed lights too dim to read and other lights all on or none.
Lovely hotel. Great location and staff very friendly and helpful. The customer service was exceptional and nothing was too much for the staff

Atmosphere was lovely, room very clean great , good value for money, noise level calming and a great pub opposite with lovely food, breakfast was lovely great range to choose from cooked breakfast no grease but only thing the hasbrowns weren’t crunchy and Jeanette what a lovely friendly lady she made the stay for us chatting to us about local stuff etc etc she gets a massive thank from us

Excellent range available well cooked but never hot, especially when served on cold plates. Warm plates rarely available.
Warm plates would help keep cooked food hotter.
The staff were amazing and also really understanding of my two sons who both have SEN needs. Staff could not have accommodated us enough providing extra duvet and utensils so we could eat in our room. Provided information about local restaurants. Breakfast was good and suited all. Before it opened a staff member allowed me to get a coffee so I didn't wake my children sleeping in the room.
The bed could have been more comfortable and that me being a bit fussy.
