The location and the courtesy of the staff on arrival.

Cons:

When entering the room I was 'greeted' by a long 'hair on a cushion.
There was not a wastepaper bag in the wastepaper bin.
Trivial I know, but after the booking debacle I felt I had to say these things !

Excellent 👌
Pros:

Staff were super nice, lots of free car parks, good location for people with kids. Tasty breakfast, good coffee! Loads of room at the reception & dining area for kids to run around.

Good location, very bad breakfast!
Pros:

The breakfast wasn't the best to be honest, very disappointed, bacon was like cardboard, scrambled egg very dry, lack of fruit, yoghurt choices were very poor.
