Welcoming and comfortable.
Pros:

Location was good - staff were helpful and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Liked the blue nightlight in bathroom. Didn’t like the noise the flush made especially in the night.

Cons:

Didnt like the noisy flush of the toilet.

The day staff could not do enough for you they were brilliant, the bed was comfy the room was quiet, the breakfast was lovely and hot.

Cons:

The lady who was working the night shift was very miserable and not very accomadating.

Basic comforts with welcoming staff.
Pros:

Clean room, well equipped with bathroom etc. Onsite bar was convenient. Breakfast was fresh made.

Cons:

Noisy location, so couldn't open bedroom window or sit outside bar in warm weather. Breakfast could have had a bit more choice for vegetarians eg mushrooms or sliced cheese. Shower temperature fluctuated during use and knob design can't be used with wet hands as round and slippery.
