The breakfast was lacking. The cinnamon rolls were the best part about breakfast. The beds were comfortable, it was a nice clean place and the staff were very friendly.
If you could up the breakfast game it would be amazing.
Front desk staff isn’t available for service, waited for over 10 minutes to do my check in due to nobody was there to help me out with the process.

Showing wear and tear but still clean and I would stay again. Price for night was great too.
Service staff was not staying at the check in desk. Had to call a phone number for the staff to come to the desk. I finally checked in and then front desk called my room and said they had a problem with credit card that I pre registered with. I had got undressed and was taking a nap. I told the staff I was going to a meeting in two hours and would take care of the problem. They called me again to harass me about the card. I put on a shirt and nothing else and took care of problem. When I checked out no staff again at desk Had to call the number again.
BReakfast was somewhat ok. The bacon was almost raw. Had to put in microwave to actually make it safe to eat.
Staff was very friendly, happy hour and breakfast were great!

This is one of the best Holiday Inns I have ever stayed at! The staff were friendly and the hotel spotless. We were even offered free drinks during Happy Hour! Thankful for the experience!
I usually give Holiday Inn Express 5 stars, but this one fell short. The radiator had a broken plastic guard. It would have been noisy anyway, as it appeared the wind was coming in through the vent (I'm guessing, since it was windy and still had air and noise after unplugging it). It eventually settled down, but it got chilly, so I had to use it, and it was still noisy. I peeked at the tub in the morning, and there was a long hair in it (mine is basically crewcut), and it looked like maybe it didn't drain properly. There were small things like not asking if I had IHG rewards, didn't ask how my stay was, etc. Just not what I expect from the chain.
The property was fine. The water pressure and hot water was pretty weak.
