I will level my opinion off this survey, due to my review to Sandra Zendejas, the Front Office Supervisor.
Pros:

The location and the Front Desk staff Belen, she was a delight, very friendly and professional.

Cons:

Our first room. It wasn’t clean to your standard, so Front Desk staff Belen accompanied my family and I with a new room.

The room was clean enough, but the shower could have been better. It clogged up as we used it.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, coffee was fresh & there were several options to choose from

Cons:

We would have liked to use the pool/spa area after returning to the hotel after our day, but it closed at 9pm…even though online it stated 10pm closure. An 11 pm would have been a better option considering it was summer break.

Great customer service personnel
Pros:

Brenda and Ruby at the front desk were very helpful and patient, due to new system and checking in thru CLC, both went out of their way to help me get checked in and a room in a timely matter

The staff are absolutely wonderful, very polite, and very courteous. The room amenities are excellent, and everything is extremely clean.

Cons:

The breakfast is definitely not good. The internet is very slow. The parking area is very disorganized.
