I will never book with them in ever again.
Pros:

The first day it was two packs of eggs and no meat up there for breakfast. We got kicked out or out of our room.

Cons:

My husband has sleeping issues at night and he tends to wake up throughout the night and stay up at night because he works at night and be up all night. They don’t want guest this In & out. They don’t want guests that visits the apartment complex next-door so they say they watch a duels like their children per the manager. I was told my husband was up make it walking around their hotel went in reality. He only had off his shirt. The day we got kicked out another guest was walking in the hotel with no shirt on also the day we got kicked out. The manager is full of crap.

Facilities and staff were great, breakfast could use more variety.
Pros:

Very nice pool, amazing helpful staff always looking to help in any way they could. Room was very clean and beds were very comfy.

Cons:

Elevator was a little scary and took long wait times to get into, breakfast could use more variety specifically the hot breakfast everyday was the same eggs no meat or any other hot item. Other guest running and beating on walls in the middle of the night which is not the staff or hotels fault.

Pros:

Our request to change rooms was granted. Check in was smooth and friendly. Breakfast was as expected.

Cons:

I am shocked by the rating this hotel has and do not feel like our stay reflected the rating at all. Great check in experience, but regretted booking here soon after. Once we got to our room we realized the wifi didn't reliably reach our room (only on the second floor of four) which was frustrating, but we planned to make do. Unfortunately soon after, my daughter found ants in the bed and that was a deal breaker. We asked to switch rooms which they accommodated, but asked if we had used the room like they didn't plan to clean it if we hadn't used it... after being told there were ants. Fortunately we had disturbed the blankets and I sincerely hope for the next guests' sake, they cleaned the room thoroughly and addressed the ants. After moving rooms we did not find any more ants, but my husband was bit by mosquitos while in the new room multiple times. Our bare minimum in a hotel is no bugs... This one couldn't meet that. The handicapped doors didn't work, the towels were barely big enough for kids, the outlets by the bed were loose and I woke up to an almost dead phone.
VERY surprised this rating is as high as it is... it shouldn't be

Pros:

That its kinda close to the city.

Cons:

Dirty towels and awful breakfast. Egg was bad and smells. No other hot meal but eggs. Also, one female was very rude.
