Extra special breakfast
Pros:

We loved the room and the shower. But most of all, we were impressed by the breakfast. All the Hampton Inns I’ve stayed in had a really good breakfast, but JC, the host, but extra effo into pointing us to the special items, cleared the trays, and ensured we were having a good time. Highly recommended. Also right across from the Costco if you are visiting just for shopping.

Best staff I’ve ever seen!
Pros:

This property has the most outstanding staff of any hotel I have ever stayed. Literally every person- from maintenance to breakfast to clerk staff personally greeted us and asked us if we had what we needed, chatted long enough to find out our names, and followed up with us later. Tremendous small town service, in a big town.

AWESOME PLACE TO STAY !
Pros:

The room was VERY clean . Nice , comfortable king bed , huge shower ! The hotel was close to restaurants that my wife , & I enjoy going to . I liked the fact that the hotel was just off I-90 . Awesome breakfast . We saved a bunch of money eating breakfast there before departing for the road . The staff was VERY friendly , and attentive !

Pros:

Convenient, reasonable price, clean. Nice breakfast buffet with a very competent gentleman in charge. Good variety of food options. Above average for a hotel breakfast.

A comfortable stay
Pros:

When in Billing I would recommend this hotel long term or short it does not matter. The staff are professional, kind and welcoming. Paradice is one such staff who meets all the standards. My stay was comfortable, relaxing, and secure, 10 out of 10.

Nice loud rooms facing roadway
Pros:

The hotel is a bit tricky to get to because of all the road construction going on. Not the hotels fault but it is something you need to be aware of if staying here.

Check in was quick, friendly and we were recognized as diamond honors members. The hotel was actually very quiet all things considered until about 530 AM when traffic starts up and then again when all the construction equipment starts up.

Breakfast was actually quite good for a hotel free breakfast.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The fresh cookie upon registration was a nice touch. It’s odd that the main entrance faces the highway and not the main entrance from the access street. The biggest grief I have about the hotel was the WiFi. It’s free, but in order to use it you have to be either a Hilton Honors member or you have to sign up for Hilton Honors. Breakfast had lots of choices w 2 different omelets, bacon and a lot more. It was a nice stay, but it should’ve been considering what we paid!

Pros:

Front desk was so very helpful and pleasant and explained breakfast times ! We asked about dining close by and they gave us three options which was a nice addition ! We visited one of them they recommended and it was top notch!
