Clean, breakfast was nice all be it on the expensive side, close to amenities
Pillows!! Too hard
Air con system locked, not adjustable in room cold at some points too hot at other.
Gym left a lot to be desired, no free weights and rowing machine not working, clips also broke on weight machine.
Decent hotel, good facilities, nice breakfast and great location.
Air conditioning needs maintaining though. Could barely feel a draught from it at the lowest temperature setting (18 degrees) yet the room was really warm. The filter in roof absolutely choked with thick dust/lint. I cleaned it out myself for the second night and it did improve a bit, but the air con is generally ineffective because they don't maintain it.

Niestety pomimo tego, że kupiliśmy pokój superior dostaliśmy pokój od strony wentylatorów . Hałas był bardzo mocno uciążliwy, były wyłączane na kilka godzin w nocy ale już od 5 rano nie dało się mieć otworzonego okna.

Could have added a mini fridge in the room. Toiletries were not complete, no shower gel
Warm friendly staff.
I shared with my son and grandchildren so I got the sofa bed. Comfortable but the mechanics at each side made getting in and out difficult for someone my age. Also the pillow was very hard.
Personál byl naprosto skvělý a ochotný. Snídaně byly moc dobré a pestré, jen bychom do budoucna přivítali o trochu více čerstvé zeleniny. Pokoj byl hezký a čistý - jediným drobným detailem byly občasné zvuky z odpadu v koupelně. Jinak proběhlo vše v pořádku a moc oceňujeme vynikající polohu blízko nádraží i centra.
Málo čerstvé zeleniny na snídani.
