Surprisingly enjoyable - I expected a bland chain hotel experience but the staff made it much better than that.
Pros:

The staff, particularly Simon the duty manager. I had a major issue with my room but he sorted it immediately and very well. Reception staff also very welcoming and friendly.

Long queue to correct luggage. No fault of the staff and it was only 1 person and loads of people to help. Clearly understaffed.
