Hilton Garden Inn Palm Beach Gardens

We had a wonderful stay at this Hilton. My family came from Cuba to visit, and we loved everything about the hotel. The front desk staff were amazing, and the manager was such a pleasure to speak with. We will definitely be coming back soon!

I had an amazing experience at this Hilton location this weekend. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was impeccably clean and remarkably quiet, which made for a very relaxing environment.

The absolute highlight of my stay, however, was Keisha at the front desk. She truly went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. She surprised me with a thoughtful birthday gift, which was such a kind and personal touch that I wasn’t expecting. Her professionalism and warmth made me feel incredibly welcome.
If you are looking for a place to stay in the area, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The service is top-notch, and the staff—especially Keisha—really care about their guests. I will definitely be back!

This hotel was amazing in so many ways. It is extremely clean. It is within walking distance to various shopping,
entertainment, and restaurants.
In addition, it has excellent hospitality. All of the employees were helpful and welcoming, but one stood out among them all. The bartender, Jeff J., fixed exceptional drinks and seemed to truly enjoy what he does. We need more people in the world like him and I'm glad to see this hotel hiring such wonderful people to their staff.

Another exceptional stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Beach Gardens. From the moment I arrived, everyting felt seamless, welcoming, and genuinely well cared for. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located - but what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff.
Simeon, in particular, elevates the entire experience to a top-tier level. His professionalism, attention to detail, and authentic hospitality do not go unnoticed. He goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued, and it makes a lasting impression.
I do a fair amount of travel for work, and it's rare to find a place where both the accommodations and the people are equally outstanding, but this hotel delivers both. I highly recommend.

This hotel is in a very good location. Near a very nice shopping mall, and adequate to visit (you need a car) the Palm Beach area. The lobby is very nice, but the rooms look as if they had a renovation years ago, and that renovation is outdated. No safe in the room! The doors of the rooms look old and in our room the doors edges had many chips and begged for repair. We arrived around 6 PM and our room wasn't ready, so we had to wait for half an hour. Self parking is nice and there is plenty of space. You can walk to restaurants across the small lake, which is nice. There is a restaurant in the lobby. We had breakfast there, but we have seen better breakfasts. Housekeeping had some issues. Cleaning seemed to be very superficial and one day I found my pajamas on the floor of the room! All in all we had a decent stay, but left feeling that we overpaid for this hotel that pretends to be much more than what it is nowadays.
Cierra was very nice and helpful and was able to get a little compensation for our wait upon check in.
If we go again to that area we'll look for other options.

An amazing trip to Palm Beach for our first time! It was accentuated by the wonderful service from Matthew, Lia, and Ciera at the Hilton Garden Inn. Our daughter's birthday was this weekend, and they make her a cute little birthday package with balloons that she loved! The accomodations and food and bar service were great. Facilities were clean, modern and in good shape. We will definitely consider returning if we are in Palm Beach again.

Good room, comfy bed, nicely decorated. Clean, great location.

It was close to my family and the location nice on the lake and an easy walk to the village, which had surprisingly good nightlife. Staff was also super kind and made sure I had everything we needed

Cierra, Lia, Jade, and Matt are incredible. I travel monthly and I am always treated like family when I return. The accommodations are first class; very clean and neat. The staff in the restaurant is always welcoming and the food is delicious. Scott has actually come into the lobby from the restaurant to welcome me back. The scenic walking path around the lake is so beautiful and conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and shopping areas. I would not stay any place else in Palm Beach Gardens.

Mel, the assistant manager, helped me during my stay. I had several requests. She served me dinner in the restaurant and was very attentive. I had a rough day and she cheered me up. Thank you Mel. The rest of the staff have been great too 🙂
