The hotel sits on a beautiful lagoon. The hotel has a full restaurant and bar and a beautiful view of the lagoon. The room was clean and modern. There were several restaurants in the area within walking distance. The front desk staff was both friendly and helpful. Cierra assisted me with printing a few documents and she was awesome! The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Their gym was well equipped and was nice to get a little workout in! I would definitely stay at this Hilton property again!

Staff is friendly, attentive, professional, and I always feel at home here. The barista, Sudhir, that made my Starbucks cappuccino with almond milk did an amazing job. The almond milk foam was very creamy!
Indoor and outdoor mall. Splash pad and carousel for kids. Great area to walk, and very safe. The general manager, Jacqueline Lewis is wonderful. All around great customer service.

Wonderful location with beautiful views. Staff was accommodating. You can walk around the lake.

My wife and I ordered pancakes for breakfast at the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Beach Gardens this morning, and I asked Annie, our server, if they could add blueberries to them. She said they didn't usually do that, but she would ask. She came back and confirmed that wasn't a menu choice, but she asked them to make an exception for us. Thanks, Annie. The blueberry pancakes were delicious. You're a rock star.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Onn Palm Beach Gardens. The location is fabulous, rooms were cleaned very well.
What made made my stay from expectation to extraordinary was Annie at the bar/restaurant. She was very attentive, knew the area very well and treats you with respect. She had great humor and will be back because of her.

S.O. and I traveled up the Florida coast staying at multiple hotels starting in Miami and the Hilton Garden Inn was the best one. Glad we ended out trip here. The hotel is clean, comfortable and easy to get to. The waterfront view of downtown Palm Gardens is the room to get. Beautiful area and very calm, it was very easy to relax here and the price is impossible to beat.
The pool was refreshing, it's nice to get in the water without the sand sometimes.

The staff was a joy to talk to and extremely helpful. Thank you so much to Lia and Matt for helping us with our booking issues and when I left my room key in the laundry room.
Fast and friendly service that all hotels should strive for. Will be staying here again, hopefully soon.

Keisha & Lia were the highlight of my stay. Their hospitality & knowledge of the property blew me away. 5 stars isn’t enough these women deserve a galaxy. The complimentary water & their smiles quenched my soul. I was here for work but will now visit for leisure in the near future. I also must highlight Scott the bartender. He was my therapist, mentor & best friend throughout my stay. His drink knowledge truly defines him as a mixologist. Allah will bless him with many wives

As a frequent traveller and long time hotel worker, I was absolutely blown away with the level of service the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Beach Gardens provided during our family’s stay. From our arrival Friday evening with Lorren at the Front Desk to Annie with the Starbucks/Bar serving us a delightful breakfast on Saturday to Kylie on the Sunday AM restaurant crew bringing me a cup of coffee after noticing I was waiting for the lobby coffee, every single associate I encounter provided outstanding service.

This doesn’t happen by chance. It requires a culture of service, starting with hiring staff who understand what hospitality truly means and know how to execute it, and having leadership that supports this vision of excellent customer service - exceedingly rare in the world today.

This is on top of having a lovely hotel in a great location with a beautifully landscaped pool and hot tub overlooking a lake. We were here for a wedding, and I could not have been happier with our stay. Kudos to the entire team!

I’ve stayed with Marriott for years, so I didn’t know what to expect coming here, but this place really delivered. The rooms were spacious, everything was clean and comfortable, and the service was on point the entire time.

What stood out most was the staff. Jeff in sales was great to work with and made everything easy. Jean and Annie in the restaurant started each morning the right way, always welcoming us and taking a real interest in how our outing was going. And Scott was a highlight in the evenings, great conversation, especially if you enjoy golf, and full of helpful tips.

Overall, just a really strong experience from start to finish. I’d definitely come back.

We stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Beach Gardens frequently as we travel up the state. Besides liking the hotel, the personnel at the front desk are tremendous representatives of the Hilton brand. Keisha, La’Cierra and Brittany are welcoming, friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home, especially as we have developed a relationship over the years of staying at the hotel. They made each stay memorable as a home away from home.

A location in west palm beach that truly gives you the freedom of most everything you need at your fingertips and just a walk away. Rarely in Florida can you be a walk away from anything and a car is required. The staff here is amazing, from the front desk with Cierra and Matt who were beyond pleasant. Lia the manager on duty who was so happy to give me tips on things to do. And at the bar Scott was just pure awesome, all smiles and patient and willing to tell me of his favorites on the menu, didn’t feel rushed one bit. Did I mention while you eat at their restaurant in house you have an amazing lakefront view. Lovely hotel to stay at so make sure to book yourself a stay

We had a wonderful stay at this Hilton. My family came from Cuba to visit, and we loved everything about the hotel. The front desk staff were amazing, and the manager was such a pleasure to speak with. We will definitely be coming back soon!
