Service was great and the food / drinks was more than expected- Annie at the bar of Lakefront Terrace Grille went beyond and above to accommodate all our needs and great advice on local information

My stay here was magnificent. Everything was exactly what I needed for this weekend getaway. Keisha was especially helpful during the check in process & a friendly face to see down in the lobby.

This hotel is in amazing location. Lakeside view and nice ambiance to walk around. The best part is the staff at the hotel are very nice. I would like to thank Cierra, Keisha, and Aleah for making me feel welcomed. Also my thanks to Scott at the restaurant/bar. Overall I appreciate the management and staff here. I always return for the amazing experience here. Bonus - love the gym facility , and coffee in the morning! Nice swimming pool and patio! Thank you. VM.

This hotel is located right in the middle of Palm Beach Gardens and close to everything. Our room was clean and the price was fair. The lobby restaurant was cozy and comfortable, but what really impressed my wife and I was the weekend evening staff. Lia and Ruth were very patient with a lot of questions that I had and I was behind another couple that had several questions about their stay as well. With two kids playing baseball year round we stay at a variety of hotels across the southeast. Lia and Ruth set the bar high for customer service and I am grateful they were working the weekend that we stayed.

Awesome property with the friendliest staff. Shout outs to Annie & Hunter in the bar, and Keara, Cierra, Aleah, and Matt at the front desk. They made our trip special! Thank you and five stars all around. And the food was top notch!

Scott at the bar was super helpful. We had a group of 12 leadership representatives attending a conference at this hotel. Scott took very good care of us 3 evenings in a row. Super responsive and prompt. Great venue for business conferences.

Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough good things about this Hilton location! Everyone we met from start to finish was simply lovely. One person in particular I would like to highlight is Jillian, the Night Auditor at Front Desk. She was the sweetest, nicest, kindest person ever, and did all she could to make our stay phenomenal...and she DID! I can only hope the Hilton upper Mgmt realizes what a GEM of an employee she is! Thank you Jillian, for being you and being the best.

I had an amazing experience at the Hilton Garden Inn! From the convenient location to the comfortable rooms equipped with a mini fridge and microwave, everything exceeded my expectations.

What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was the outstanding hospitality from the front desk team. I stayed for two nights, and each day they went out of their way to make sure everything was going well and to ask if there was anything I needed. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel incredibly welcome.

I specifically wanted to recognize Aleah, La’Cierra, Lorren, and Lia for their exceptional service. They are all absolutely wonderful! You can find a nice room at many hotels, but genuine hospitality like theirs is hard to come by.

Thank you all for your kindness and for making my stay such a memorable one. I truly appreciate everything you did to make me feel at home!

I just wanted to say that this was the first time in a very long time that I have stayed at a hotel with great genuine service provided to me as a guest in this establishment! When I first arrived here it was my birthday and we are in a get away for this occasion and Keisha had arranged a birthday basket for me as a surprise and I was shocked and pleased with this service! On May 31 st that Sunday I had burnt food in the microwave and the room smelled like smoke really bad so Lorren took charged and actually help us switched rooms and made sure we had the same room category type and we were very happy with this gesture this was something we are very pleased with and appreciated a lot for this trip it was smooth sailing

This is my go to hotel in the Palm Beach area. Special shout out to Fitzroy in the restaurant. He made breakfast special every day during our stay!

I actually stayed here back in Nov 2023. We booked for ourselves, family and the wedding party for our wedding. I booked the King suite for myself and my wife and a few other rooms for family and friends.

It's a nice area. The mall is across the street. Downtown at the gardens is a quick walk across the small pond. The hotel itself is fine. The rooms are okay quality, not the nicest or the worst.

The doors would slam shut however causing a ruckus every single time someone opened their doors. Perhaps this has been fixed, but at the time was probably the only glaring issue I encountered.

The restaurant in the lobby was good and i got myself a sandwich for lunch before my wedding. You can buy snacks and booze at the self service kiosk in the lobby as well.

My best man liked it enough to actually stay here again 2 years later in 2025.

Stayed here twice. Functions, groups both times. Not too rowdy.
