1-No tener en recepcion alguien que hable español
2-No tener en la habitacion caja de Seguridad algo vital para nosotros, no es lo mismo que este en recepcion. Hasta el hotel mas sencillo generalmente la tiene.

Super pleasant and convenient stay
Pros:

It was close to my family and the location nice on the lake and an easy walk to the village, which had surprisingly good nightlife. Staff was also super kind and made sure I had everything we needed

Cons:

The AC was a loud unit by the window was quite loud. Wasn’t a big deal but would have assumed they would have central air

Pros:

Cierra, Lia, Jade, and Matt are incredible. I travel monthly and I am always treated like family when I return. The accommodations are first class; very clean and neat. The staff in the restaurant is always welcoming and the food is delicious. Scott has actually come into the lobby from the restaurant to welcome me back. The scenic walking path around the lake is so beautiful and conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and shopping areas. I would not stay any place else in Palm Beach Gardens.

Great
Pros:

Mel, the assistant manager, helped me during my stay. I had several requests. She served me dinner in the restaurant and was very attentive. I had a rough day and she cheered me up. Thank you Mel. The rest of the staff have been great too 🙂

Sudhir was great!
Pros:

Great stay. Was staying for work…Sudhir at the restaurant was attentive, kind and courteous. Had incredible pancakes both times. Looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Came down to spend time over the Holidays with family in the area. I had stayed here once before and Love this hotel especially the location... BUT I had a few issues this past trip. When I walked outside I could see that all the rooms had a floor lamp by the windows, mine room 620 did not. Was very annoying having to have the bed lamp on shining in my eyes while watching tv. Also I usually try to get some work done while here and was not just annoyed but did not believe that you no longer have a business center. There was a sign on the door saying it was now and office and the front desk could help with any printing needs but I really could not believe that a Hilton property does not have computers for guest use.
Even with these issues I will stay at this property whenever I come to the area.

Can't think of a better location in the Palm Beach area.
Pros:

Great location. Relaxing safe walk around the lake to Downtown. Liked that you had a shower instead of a bath.

Cons:

Could use better walking path to The Garden's Mall. There should be one light switch near the entrance to the room to allow the guest to turn on the lights easily on entry, rather than having to walk over to the lamps.
