Gave us a room that had not been cleaned. Corrected mistake by giving us another room. Turned water on to take a shower. Dark brown water came out. Eventually cleared up. Moved shower curtain several spiders fell down into the tub.

great location/ decent price

Location and price was decent

Cons:

the rush to leave the room by attendant. Yes, it was a bit after 11am BUT we were on way out. We got out about 1125am. I understand there is a time limit but the place was probably less than 40% occupied

Sorry but service matters to me almost as much as cleanliness.
Pros:

I didn't even get to come in because gentleman was so rude to me on the phone last night and upset me so much that I didn't come in and I called again and went to make a report but I guess he wasn't all that friendly to the person I complain too because they told me to call booking.com

Cons:

I stayed there several times and I love it I love the location prices for more than reasonable the only thing I have to say with the service last night and now it's based on one person I was thinking of going and trying to stay there tonight but I'm afraid he'll be there so sorry
