Worst experience of my life , staff tammi and manager were rude to my mother who is on oxygen. This place is complete scam ruined first day of my vacation. Be warned book elsewhere

The staff for the most part were very friendly. Room was clean

Cons:

It looked like no one loved this property. There were alot of little things that needed attention. The landscape needed attention especially leading into the property. The stairs were dirty. A chip here painted needed there. The little deck we had was so old we didn't let the kids on it without shoes. I even stepped on a rusted head of a nail. The AC barely worked which made the room hot and kids fussy. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast had no eggs no sausage. They did have a sweet waffle machine. When we got in at 5pm they didn't know if our room was clean because of there system not updating regularly. When we asked for a late check out they said no but we can give you an extra 15 minutes. The stay was fine. I don't think we will be staying at another quality inn though.

Pros:

Quiet location.

Cons:

The breakfast was bare bones. Not worth bothering to eat there. Pool was tiny.

Don’t have anything to say, the breakfast I didn’t care for all, they have box cereals that were very sugary, the yogurt was OK oranges and apples, coffee was good

in a good central location to Capitola only 3 min in car to the town. The staff was so great coming in to check in and free continental breakfast was a plus since we had to head back on the road the next morning. Comfy beds!!!

Pros:

Super clean, large rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, large breakfast spread. The location is quiet and a good launch point for activities in the area
