The overall experience was good. The evening receptionist was very professional, friendly, had a pleasant personality and made me feel welcome upon check in ( Felicia) my apologies if the name is not spelled correctly.


Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

There were a couple of plumbing problems in my room, but they were addressed quickly.

It was HAIR in the shower, cleaning staff needs to do better in cleaning the shower

The two lights closest to the bed did not work.

Dirty.
Pros:

It was easy to get to

Cons:

There were stains on the bed, hair on the towels, the water went from hot to cold. I have pictures of all of this.

For starters the room across mine they had a dog that barked non stop i called the office to complain and she was aware of the dog, next thing I no a guy comes out yelling I need to mind my f-- king business, the hotel allows service animals but clearly this wasnt a service animal, my bath towel that was hung up had little hairs on it, grossed me out so I dried off with my clothes, great price but u get what you pay for I guess

Easy to get to.

Cons:

Had to wait to check in because they were "cleaning" the room. The room was filthy, there is blood on the bathroom wall, something spilled inside of the refrigerator and the smell on the entire floor is so bad that it literally made me vomit. A cheap room is a cheap room but it shouldn't be a health hazard.

Me and my family had fun for the reason we came there for but we will not be going back or staying at this place as it’s

That it was close to everything except where I wanted to go

Cons:

That it was disgusting dirty sheets dirty room fridge barely worked tv barely worked was next to a night club also toilet handle was broke elevator was iffy and stairs had puke on them from a bunch of drunks staff on nights was rude!!
