الخدمة جيده جدا والنظافة ممتازة، وبالنسبة للمطعم وأصناف الطعام المقدمة في الإفطار كانت جيده جدا ومتنوعة. وأخص بالشكر الأخت الفاضلة (بشرى) من طاقم الإستقبال. وذلك نظير ما قدمته من حفاوة الإستقبال وسرعة الإستجابة لطلب العميل

فندق غير نظيف
Pros:

الموقع جيد
مواقف سيارات مجانية متوفرة لكن اذا كانت توجد مناسبة زواج فان المواقف تكون مزدحمة

Cons:

1. الاستقبال سيء والخدمة ذاتية انت تخدم نفسك بنفسك
2. المطعم تقليدي ومكرر في الافطار والموظفين غير نظيفين
3. الافطار قد تجد ان الاصناف التي نفذت لا يعاد تجديدها مرة اخرى
4. طاولات الافطار لا تجد احد ينظفها اذا انتهى نزيل اخر من الافطار انت تقوم وتنظف الطاولة .
5. الفندق يتسقبل الحيوانات والكلاب في الفندق والروائح سيئة
6. الغرف ضيقة ومتسخة وفيها حشرات وادوات الحمام انت تطلبها
7. الحديقة غير مرتبة وفيها حشرات
8. الاضاءة غير جيدة ولا تغلق غطيتها بورق

لا يستحق 5 نجوم لأنه قديم جدا والطاقم غير محترفين
وعندما سألت خدمة الضيوف قالوا لم نستطع أن نجد أفضل منهم

Cons:

The restaurant did not have fresh seafood/fish despite the fact that it was on the menu and you expect this from seaside city.

It was required to wear a cap when entering swimming pool. Never seen such requirement in leisure place, in sports swimming club it is somewhat acceptable, in leisure places it is not!

The toilet door in the room was extremely impractical.

Novotel is a great hotel in all aspects except for one person!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent a wide variety of food. The restaurant's staff was very helpful and professional.
The room was clean and beds are comfortable.
The location is excellent close to many restaurants and shopping centers
The beach is private and very close.
One of the best receptionists was Mrs. Bushra who I unfortunately saw her at check out. She was very professional and great listener to our concerns.

Cons:

I didn't like that to clean up the room and take the trash out was on demand, we had to call the reception to have the housekeeping clean up our room.
Mr. Cayhoun the receptionist was very rude I greeted him and he didn't answer, I waited for him to look at me and he didn't, he was busy looking at his monitor and ignored me. I just left because I didn't want to allow him to ruin my vacation.
The beach needed to be clean.
The loud noise that comes from a nearby restaurant on the weekend was very loud even when we close the widows.
