We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to the reception team for their warm welcome, friendliness, and outstanding attention throughout our stay. They were always helpful, professional, and genuinely caring, making us feel truly welcome and valued. Their dedication made our experience even more special. A Very Disappointing Experience!

I strongly recommend thinking twice before booking Novotel Trabzon.

We stayed from October 22 to 28, and unfortunately, our room was unbearably hot throughout our stay, despite the lovely, refreshing weather outside.

When we tried using the air conditioning, we discovered that it only provided heating. According to reception, cooling was unavailable throughout the entire hotel.

This left us with only two options for sleeping: either tolerate the extreme heat all night or leave the balcony door open for fresh air and deal with insects entering the room.

Guests should at least be able to control their room temperature. Unfortunately, this issue seriously affected our comfort throughout the stay.

And to make matters worse, the carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a thousand years!
