Cons:

The staff is unwelcoming and doesn't treat guests with respect. They are slow to respond and don't address complaints. The restaurant is completely chaotic. Frankly, I've stayed at this hotel in other countries and they're all excellent, except for this one in Trabzon, which doesn't qualify as a five-star hotel.

موظفي الاستقبال يحتاجون إلى دورات في التعامل والباقة مع الضيوف في يوم 2206/5/23 موظف الاستقبال متجهم ومنزعج وغير متعاون وغير قادر على خدمة النزلاء باحترافية واستدعى الإخت بشرا للتعامل لإجادتها اللغة العربية
وعند المغادرة طلبنا من موظف الاستقبال الانتظار إلى ما بعد صلاة الجمعة ورفض ( قد يكون من حقه لسياسة الفندق ) ولاكن يبقى الأسلوب هو الذي يحدث الفرق

No services at the hotel, the baby bid was broken, i got my all luggage’s by myself to the room. The balcone is not a balcony it’s a small tight area. Bad experience

Pros:

I had a very comfortable stay at Novotel Trabzon. The hotel was clean, relaxing, and everything was well organized. I especially want to thank Bushra from the reception, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Her warm attitude made my stay even better.

Thank you to the whole team for the great hospitality. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back again.

الفندق مرة حلو ، الاطلاله تجنن على الحديقة وااسعه وجميلة وفيه شاطيء قدام الفندق ، جمبنا بالضبط جواهر مول خطوتين ، الفندق نظيف والموظفين بعضهم عرب ، الفطور متوسط صراحة ، اخذناه ليلتين وجددنا ليلتين زيادة .
