Zero customer service with zero facilities

Attitude of staff - I woke up to no hot water. Went to reception asked if there was another room, was told no, asked for a refund was replied in 2 words no manager. Seriously no manners at all. Just dismissed me without even looking at me. Had a conversation over a bot text message, told them what had happened, just got the same cold responses. Told them I was giving them the opportunity to put this right and was told I was threatening them with a bad review! I said I’m giving you a chance to provide customer service. I was then ignored.

Corta estancia tranquila.
Pros:

¿La televisión grande y con la última tecnología. Las recepcionistas Tania y sus compañeras muy simpática, atentas y amables. Al igual que en el restaurante. Todos un servicio muy bueno. Precio calidad excelente.

Cons:

Falta un pequeños spa, y ya sería increíble.
