Excellent staff and good price.
Pros:

The staff at the front desk provided me with the much needed location of a tesla charging station that I didn’t know about. Although we left before the break was open the staff gave us muffins to take on our drive.

It was very nice and the people were very Nice...
We had left a Bag of are Medication and it was returned to us with all the Medication intact...
We were Worried about that but it was 100% OK And we thank you very much for helping getting it returned to us in Full...
We will for sure be coming back when we visit Family again...

The smell in the elevator and the smell inside the room.
I could hear someone running above us and couldn’t sleep.
I saw a lady smoking outside in front of the building far away from the door she wasn’t bothering no one but a staff member told her she couldn’t smoke out there which was crazy No smell of smoke was coming inside. Maybe have signs on telling guests where they can smoke at

Close to the people we came to town to see

Cons:

The staff was rude when we we checking in the woman working the front desk was on the phone vacuuming and we waited almost 10 minutes to check in. When I went to checkout and asked for a receipt to the woman who was at the desk on the phone she seemed irritated that I asked for a receipt. Breakfast had no meat available at all eggs potatoes biscuits waffles and cereal were all they had. The bed was hard as a rock the blanket on the bed was thin as a bed sheet. The paint on the short are was bubbling away from the wall.

Bad!
Pros:

Waited at the front desk for 35 minutes, continually called but nobody came. All furniture was worn and needed replacement. WiFi worked only in the lobby. Same with premium cable. Desk clerk claimed they called for tech support but they never came. This is more like a 2 star hotel. Will never go back.
