how close it was to where we were going
the room had no linen, no sheets no comforter and then the second room that had linen had stains all over it and smelled like cigarettes in the room. The breakfast had very little of anything, there wasn't milk and they had eggs but no one was making anymore so there was a tiny portion in the container, same as with waffle ;mix

Front desk asked for $100 deposit for “accidentals” which was never mentioned when booking stay.
Beds were very comfortable, quiet and roomy. Extra space was incredible.
Door hinge broken, hard to close. Toilet flush handle was broken. I advised the staff.
The large lobby. We had our grandkids and their cousins over to visit and swim and everyone was so kind to us!

They could not find my reservation
When they did find it the room was not ready even though it was after 3 pm. Had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be cleaned. There wer no bath towels had to go downstairs and ask for them. Tv remote did not work the carpet in the hallways was filthy. The door to the room from the outside were dirty. The little kitchen area was very basic, did not look contemporary or inviting

Pretty icky. Sausage patties under cooked. Eggs were decent. Small choice. No fruit. Fruit juice dispenser broken. Coffee week. The chairs are worn looking & top backs looked dirty
It was ok everything was work to it's partial but the manager was a bit rude she was rude to the clerk at the desk in front of me and I sent my kids ahead to unlock the room go in and start eating and she was complaining about the before I can even finish checking in there was no one there at the time but us so it ok but not as it use to be
