They could not find my reservation
When they did find it the room was not ready even though it was after 3 pm. Had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be cleaned. There wer no bath towels had to go downstairs and ask for them. Tv remote did not work the carpet in the hallways was filthy. The door to the room from the outside were dirty. The little kitchen area was very basic, did not look contemporary or inviting

Pretty icky. Sausage patties under cooked. Eggs were decent. Small choice. No fruit. Fruit juice dispenser broken. Coffee week. The chairs are worn looking & top backs looked dirty
It was ok everything was work to it's partial but the manager was a bit rude she was rude to the clerk at the desk in front of me and I sent my kids ahead to unlock the room go in and start eating and she was complaining about the before I can even finish checking in there was no one there at the time but us so it ok but not as it use to be

@ 2:38 we were awake by fire alarm. Employee was messing with it. This was day 2.
Noise was BAD @5:30 day 1.
We ask for a room on 2nd floor.
The breakfast my grandson and I enjoyed . David is 10 years old and WE CANE TO SEE THE TOWN where his daddy grew up. His dad died in March of 2019.
In the bathroom there were no bars or mats in the tub.I am 74 years old and had to be very carefully not fall.
The breakfast was terrible. The eggs could not have been real eggs, they were so bad!! The sausage was inedible. Waffles , not terrible
Forget advertising breakfast, it wasn't edible!!!
