The breakfast was very tasty.
The hotel is in need of needed maintenance, stiff doors, dirty paintwork, needs a spruce up
Sehr nette und freundliche Leute, haben uns super Tipps fur Edinburgh gegeben, sehr gutes Frühstück, das Zimmer ist ruhig gelegen und war sauber. Wir würden wieder kommen, wenn wir Edinburgh besuchen.
Unser Zimmer hatte kein eigenes Badezimmer, wir hatten ein Gemeinschaftsbad. War nicht so schlimm, eher gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Super breakfast, very helpful friendly staff
Quite noisy in am but understand
The Chinese man in reception was polite, however he told us to pick up our take out breakfast from the reception,as we were leaving early.
We went to collect and there wasn't a breakfast waiting as he said there would be.
The hotel is extremely run down,dirty and dangerous in places.
I'm not sure how they are still open.
When we arrived we were told we would have to share a bathroom with other guests as our room did not have one.
We were completely mis sold the room and it was not how it was described when booking.
Mix match dirty carpets, old broken beds and furniture,plug socket in the bedroom consisted of an extension lead God knows where it went to.
The bathroom needs a sign stating enter at your own risk it would be more hygienic going for a wee in the carpark.
The bath well the only way I can describe that is it looked like a lot of dirty hairy dogs and been in it.

The shower had exposed cooper pipe coming out of the wall into the shower,the toilet had a huge hole in the surrounding wood work were clear tape and been used to no doubt stop the draft along with expose to brick work wall cavity.
All in all I really don't understand how this hotel is still open.

It was close to the facilities I needed. It was good value for money
The breakfast could be better, it lacked flavour and you didn't get much food. The single room could also do with having a extra pillow instead of just one.
Freundlicher Empfang, unsere Motorräder wurden in einem verschließbaren Hof sicher abgestellt. Super Frühstück.
Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht, zusätzlich stand noch ein Doppelstockbett im Zimmer. dadurch war es beengt.

It’s very nice property. Small hotel but people heart is so big .. very good customer services.
There is toilet wall in my room and when some one flush it make very big noise in my room and it disturbing and my son was scared as well with sudden noise.
