Convenient room
Pros:

Superb location. Very easy communication and check-in. Compact room but comfortable.

Cons:

It was hot inside and there was not many options to air out. There was a very strong perfume (probably from a cleaning supply) in rooms and hallways. One of us has lung issues and it really impacted the breathing.

Lovely, welcoming, easy stay
Pros:

Great location, access was so easy and stress free. Would definitely stay again, room was clean and bed comfortable. Great shower pressure too!

Cons:

We had a small double and it was definitely on the smaller side- not a problem for us but others might have an issue

Exactly where I wanted to be and would definitely consider staying again.
Pros:

My room was comfortable, clean and servicing daily. The central location with a great view of the marina was just what I wanted, close to station, town and Falmouth’s many amenities. Appreciated the ease of access.

Cons:

The entrance area and stairs could do with a bit of TLC.

Pros:

Stanza amplia, luminosissima ed immersa nel verde; pulita, dotata anche di microonde e di piattini di carta compostabile. Ottima la posizione, vicina alla stazione ferroviaria ed all'inizio della passeggiata verso il centro ed il porto della città. Ottima.

Clean, comfortable rooms in excellent central location
Pros:

Location of hotel is excellent. It is on the main street, opposite several restaurants, cafes and shops. It is at ground level to the quayside (most properties in Falmouth are not) with close proximity to the quays and a wealth of other shops, bars and eateries. Each room has a microwave and fridge and the rooms are comfortable and clean and our bedroom was spacious.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small with no space for washbags or hooks for clothes. There is no lift and four flights of stairs to the second floor as well as steps up to the property (fine for us but would not be for some).

Great location very clean would stay again
Pros:

Very close to the town centre pretty clean kitchen had everything you could need if cooking included well sized fridge with small freezer and a dishwasher bunk beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was a great size and very clean too.

Cons:

Master bedroom was lovely however the mattress was extremely hard like sleeping on a brick 🙈 and the pillows were very flat and seem to have lost all there feathers. Lampshades in were very dusty, the lamps in the second bedroom didn’t work at all.
