Sadly the Guest next door to our room woke us up coughing so much every morning...not nice !

Great location and accommodation
Pros:

Easy to access, very clean room with tea/coffee making facilities, microwave and handy pack of disposable plates and cutlery should you have a take away.
Good views so all good.
Also offers 10% off breakfast at a couple of places + there is a Tesco Express over the road

Hervorragend in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt um Falmouth und Umgebung zu Fuß zu erkunden.
Großes Zimmer mit bequemen Bett, liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr sauber, gute und genügend Handtücher, gute Dusche. Zugang mittels Codes sehr gut gelöst. Unser Motorrad konnten wir gut auf dem gegenüberliegenden Parkplatz kostenlos abstellen.

Perfect and very comfortable stay with stunning sea views, spacious accommodation, and warm service
Pros:

First of all, the hotel is in an excellent location, just off the main street while also offering direct sea views. Thanks to the host’s thoughtful arrangement, I was given a room on a higher floor, where I could enjoy an uninterrupted view of the sea. In addition, the host kindly upgraded my room free of charge, and both the room and the bed were very spacious. The service was also very warm, thoughtful, and attentive. Another advantage was the relatively early check-in time, which connected smoothly with my train journey. Overall, it was a very comfortable and perfect three-night stay. Highly recommended!

Pros:

this is where I said goodbye to 20s and woke up in 30s. it was genuenly one of the finest accomodations of all. the room was perfect, everything was very very very comfortable. I had a seaview (well, a bit of sea, mostly parking and tesco). very close to the rail station, tesco, city centre, ferries - perfect, thank you.

Cons:

nothing really bad, maybe would like to have freezer for ice cream but that`s it

Welll located and managed hotel rooms .
Pros:

We really liked the location, easy to get to everything
The manager / owner and the service staff were very helpful , they couldn't be nicer.
We'd definitely consider staying again.

Cons:

The bed was not great, I like a soft bed but these were too much. My partners bed was not level .
After the first night the manager gave him another room, I didn't want to move as I wanted to be on the ground floor . He did all he could to be fair, but we ended up being on different floors at night, which wasn't ideal.
