Loved it.
Pros:

Location was great. The view was terrific.

Cons:

A fan would have been handy for the unusual high temps. The details for getting in did not come through until too late however the host was very efficient once he knew we could not gain access.

Pillows too big and hard. Bit anonymous more like an Airbnb. Woken up by a fire alarm st 3am. No explanation no apology, because no management on site really

One night in Falmouth
Pros:

The Grove is in a great location, just on the main street, so less than a minute to bars, restaurants and a Tesco Express across from the property. Despite this, we weren't disrupted by noise.
The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and well equipped facilities. The tea making supplies were plentiful and there was also a fridge and microwave.
We'd definitely stay here again.

Cons:

There's no parking but we got lucky and found a space immediately outside in an unrestricted slot.
It doesn't bother us but this is self check in so there's no staff available.

Pros:

It's proximity to the town, it was clean and had a cooler and tea and coffee making facilities. Four poster bed. Spacious room lovely window overlooking street.

Cons:

Door to en suite wouldn't close properly ,door springs to bedroom very sharp and parking outside was difficult, we got lucky and just managed to get a space but could see it could problematic.

Pros:

Struttura molto pulita e accogliente, letto comodo, piano alto con vista mare, ottima posizione, dotazione per caffè e the in camera.
Self check in, possibilità di parcheggio in strada gratis secondo disponibilità posti o a pagamento poco lontano.

Cons:

Solo tende normali non oscuranti.

Perfect hotel for a short break - clean, efficiently run and ideal location
Pros:

Location was ideal for exploring the town and surrounding areas

The mattress was very soft, but that is my preference and was the only negative
