Just perfect
Pros:

Excellent location beside town and handy for eating out and tesco express right on doorstep. Beach only 10mins walk.
Room was spotless, and loved they had a fridge and microwave. The nighttime herbal teas were a beautiful touch.
I was offered a free upgrade as they were not full.. So grateful 🙏
They even had paper plates, napkins, and disposable cutlery, so great if you want a wee snack in room.
Bed was comfy and my bins and bed made every day.. Definitely recommend.

Cons:

I couldn't stay longer, as had a wedding in Belgium.

Good idea to put a fridge in the room but it switched on every 30 minutes that was a bit noisy. The room was too cold for me

Perfect location, clean, well maintaned room.
Pros:

The property is located in the centre of Falmouth, in very near walking distance to all the attractions that I wanted to visit. There are long stay car parks nearby. Our room had a view over the harbour and museum with some chairs and a table by a big sash window that could be opened (it was a very hot weekend) Tea coffee milk and toilet paper was replenished daily and we had a fridge to keep drinks cool. Although we didnt use it, there was a microwaves too.

The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spotlessly clean.

I arrived by car, my partner arrived by train. Long stay car parks and the railway station are in easy walking distance. My visit was in late May, and there was plenty of parking available, however in the peal summer holiday season I'm not sure if there would be plenty of parking. One car park is directly accross the road from the Grove, but I parked in the nearby Dell long stay car park which is directly next to Falmouth Town railway station.

If it is your intent to enjoy the restaurants in the centre of Falmouth and the museum I would highly recommend the Grove. The next time I visit Falmouth then this is where I shall stay if possible

Very cosy and welcoming. Great location, large bedroom, well maintained house and gardens.

Sadly the Guest next door to our room woke us up coughing so much every morning...not nice !
