Unkompliziertes und komfortables Übernachten für Kurzaufenthalte - v.a. mit Schulklassen top!
Pros:

nehe beim Bahnhof Altona - zu Fuss in ca. 5-7 Minuten erreichbar - in einer Seitenstrasse in Richtung Wohnquartiere gelegen = angenehm ruhig, angenehm sicher - mit ansprechenden Zimmern, die sauber gehalten und so praktisch wie angenehm eingerichtet sind, gute Betten (ich schätze feste Matratzen!) und zur Abrundung ein recht reichhaltiges Frühstück, wobei die Brotaufstriche das Tüpfelchen auf dem "i" waren :-).

Cons:

Kritik auf hohem Niveau: Die Kommunikation vor der Reise verlief sehr gut, aufmerksam, verbindlich und jeweils klar und transparent. Während des Aufenthalts hat nicht immer alles einwandfrei geklappt und ein paar Infos sind nicht gleich zu uns durchgekommen (z.B. Frühstücks-Handhabung mit Eintrittsbändchen). Aber sonst: sehr guter, unkomplizierter und oft sehr freundlicher Service.

Die Lage nähe Bahnhof Altona ist super

Servicegedanke wird an der Rezeption gelebt.
Pros:

Man hat keine Zimmernachbarn oder Verkehr gehört.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter die jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit waren.

Parken in der Garage ist ideal.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Cons:

Frühstück war 9.45 Uhr bereits sehr ausgesucht.

Check Out 11 Uhr und 2 Mal stand bereits vorher jemand im Zimmer um es säubern zu können. Das darf in der Form nicht passieren.

Cons:

Küche war sehr klein ,gab kein Zahnbürste oder Zahnpasta und kein größeres Duschtuch im Zimmer bereit gestellt.
