Very kind staff but rooms need improvement
Pros:

The staff working there were so nice and helpful. Very friendly and always willing to help. The king bed was large and comfortable. The curtains worked well to block out a lot of light.

Cons:

The rooms do not have a place for you to unpack your clothes. No drawers, just closet space with maybe 5-10 hangers. This makes it really difficult to unpack. Also the room door has very difficult to close completely. You had to really shove it and a couple times we noticed that when we did not, the door would creak open. The door in our bathroom was misaligned and also did not shut completely. Also the lights in the bathroom kept flickering on and off. Overall the lighting was very sterile and dim. Way too “cool” which made it difficult to see and feel relaxed in the room.

Large and spacious rooms. There is coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7 and unlimited cold water.

Cons:

לא נעים להגיע למלון בשעות הלילה. כנראה שהוא על סף אזור לא נעים.
לנשים חבד, ממש לא ממליצה
It is not pleasant to arrive at the hotel at night. It is probably on the edge of an unpleasant area.
For women alone, I really do not recommend it.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Las cortinas no se cerraban completamente entonces apenas amanecia la pieza estaba llena de luz. No pudimos descansar bien. Ademas, dejamos una bolsa de souvenirs y aunque pedimos que nos guarden, nunca recibimos contacto de ellos.

Good location - but can be pricy during peak event times.
Pros:

The location of the hotel turned out to be really good because it was within walking distance of the Reading Market - which had a lot of choice for eating. It was also convenient for us to transit to Franklin Field where our running races were at New Balance.

Cons:

It's on the edge of of some sketchy areas, but nothing that concerning for being in the middle of downtown. But the hotel itself was good. It was pricy because of New Balance Outdoor Nationals and the World Cup games. There is no way our rooms are worth $500/night (a Friday).
