Buena ubicación pero sin aire acondicionado.
Pros:

Me gustó su ubicación y el trato amable de su personal, Julio uno de los botones siempre estuvo a disposición de colaborarnos en lo que necesitamos.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y el restaurante su menú era básico. Renté 2 habitaciones por 5 noches, al llegar las habitaciones estaban calientes y el aire central no funcionaba, nos trajeron 2 ventiladores, al día siguiente nos cambiaron de habitación pero igual el aire nunca funcionó en ninguna de las dos habitaciones. Se anuncia como si fuera 4 estrellas y con aire acondicionado pero no es así, es calefacción, mejor aclarar eso ya que reservé pensando que si tenía aire acondicionado. La otra habitación que rente de mi compañero de trabajo, no funcionaba el aire ni el agua caliente, había filtraciones en el inodoro por debajo y el lavamanos estaba flojo, él notificó esas anomalías pero nunca las corrigieron. Creo que en realidad es 2 estrellas y el precio es como si fuera de 4 estrellas.

Basic decent hotel in Mexico centre
Pros:

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, basic decent rooms

Cons:

Air conditioner in one of rooms wasn't working, they gave us a different room the next day. The lady at the restaurant desk was extremely rude, multiple times.

Pros:

La ubicación, y la atención de los maleteros Julio y Luis

Cons:

Deje olvidado el dia 4 de Julio en la habitacion 421 un pantalón nuevo qué tuve que lavarle una parte en el baño, donde lo había dejado para que se secara. Cuando regrese a buscarlo las mucamas tuvieron la deshonestidad de decir que estaba en la basura y lo botaron
Realmente se lo robaron. Los artículos que olvidan los usuarios deben guardarlos un tiempo prudencial por si se produce una reclamación.
No aconsejo acudir a ese hotel, sus mudamos ROBAN

Hotel Regente
Pros:

Hotel muy central, a 2 cuadras del monumento a la revolución así como a Reforma, apenas para descansar y salir a disfrutar de la ciudad, excelente ubicación.

Cons:

En el restaurante se veían muchos zancudos, no se si fue impresión nuestra pero cada vez que pasaba un vehículo pesado cerca al hotel la cama se movía.

Cumple bastante bien con lo esperado
Pros:

La ubicación es bastante buena si vas como turista, puedes llegar caminando al angel y otras zonas interesantes. Los trabajadores son muy serviciales en general.

Cons:

La puerta del baño no se podía cerrar pero como iba solo tampoco fue mayor problema

Zona cercana a lugares turísticos, no hay muchas opciones para comer cercas.
Pros:

Ubicación, también me proporcionaron la habitación antes del horario de check in, ya al finalizar nuestra estancia nos apoyaron con el resguardo de maletas hasta nuestra salida al aeropuerto

Cons:

Se escuchaba mucho el ruido exterior, en relación a las camas estaba muy bajas (estatura) y duras. El papel del baño no era de gran calidad. Por los 5 días de estancia solo proporcionaron botellitas de agua
