Comfortable hotel but staff really need to improve :(
Pros:

-Amazing pools! The main pool must be at least 40/50 m long! The sunbed area is also very comfortable and spacious. We absolutely loved it.
-Happy hour at the pool bar in the afternoon
-Great quality bed, we slept like babies
-Modern Italian shower

Cons:

-Staff were either unfriendly or looked unhappy to be there. We started our trip in this hotel and we were all excited and happy but staff ruined the mood right on the first day. A couple of young waiters were very lovely at the pool bar nonetheless.
-Housekeeping will always turn up around 4 pm during our baby’s nap time. Even though we would leave the hotel early in the morning, the room was never made when we returned and we always had to rearrange for housekeeping to come back and change our evening schedule accordingly.
-Not enough sunbeds in the pool area
-Personally we didn’t like the location of the townhouse with garden, it felt a little remote from the main building. If we had to book again I would go with the pool view.

La piscina está genial , la habitación amplia y bien decorada, es muy tranquilo y con amplio espacio para dejar el coche con total libertad

Cons:

Muy básico para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. El desayuno es bastante regular y el café es malo. Además, falta limpieza en las mesas: cuando cambiaban de cliente, retiraban los platos y tazas usados, pero no pasaban un paño para limpiar la mesa antes de que se sentara el siguiente huésped.

Personnel adorable, la piscine principale est immense, les 2 piscines enfants sont très appréciables, les jeux pour enfants très bien aussi, petit-déjeuner très bon, les environs sont sublimes (ponta da piedade).

Cons:

Les pizzas du restaurant ne sont pas top, on s’attend à mieux.

Prima hotel en prima faciliteiten met fijn personeel
Pros:

Het hotel(kamer) is heel schoon, het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het zwembad is fantastisch (genoeg bedjes met parasol, heel groot zwembad).
Lekker balkon.
Ontbijt is er uitgebreid en heeft alles: fruit, brood, broodjes, croissants, (niet verse) sapjes, kwark, yoghurt, etc. Prima kwaliteit
Italiaans restaurant heeft lekkere pasta en pizza’s.
Locatie: 10-15 min lopen naar het strand (reserveer wel bij een van de twee restaurants, want kan vooral in het weekend heel druk zijn), supermarkt, koffie tentje.
20-30 min lopen naar dorpje. Heel leuk dorpje met alles.

Cons:

Ik vond de matrassen te hard, kon er slecht op slapen. De koffie bij het ontbijt was echt smerig en de verse eieren zijn de nat. Je kon wel bonenkoffie bestellen maar kost €3 (vind ik echt veel te duur).
Verder vond ik andere dingen ook te duur: fles koud water €4, cappuccino €4,-, ijsjes, handdoeken huren voor €20, etc.
Ik vind Lagos wel erg duur tov andere bestemmingen.
