Pros:

Sehr saubere, gepflegte und grosszügige Anlage, sowohl Bungalow als auch Poolbereich, gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet, alles lecker, auch am Nachmittag!

Cons:

Unbequeme Sonnenliegen, unaufmerksamer Service am Nachmittag im Restaurant, lange Wartezeiten oder die Bestellung ging ganz vergessen.

Eine Liege vor dem Bungalow wär auch nicht schlecht, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Generell wenig Ablagefäche, v.a. im Badezimmer und im Kleiderschrank (Platz reicht für 10 Winterjacken, aber nur 4 Kleiderbügel sind vorhanden 😉)

Pros:

Estivemos apenas um fim-de-semana e soube a pouco. Teríamos ficado uma semana. O quarto é espaçoso, as camas são boas e a varanda ótima para os fins de tarde. Gostamos especialmente da tranquilidade e do sossego. Foi ótimo para carregar baterias.

Beautiful but noisy currently.
Pros:

There is a massive pool and the restaurants food was reasonable priced and delicious. The restaurant staff were also really lovely.
The rooms and bathrooms are spacious.

Cons:

We were in room 103. Right opposite the staff supply room and as the rooms are all along a tiled corridor everything echoes. The door constantly bangs from the staff supply room and guest rooms. It’s also loud when guests talk as they walk past the room to get to their room.
They are stingy with their coffee pods. They only give you one normal pod and one decaf, so between 2 guests one has to drink decaf. It states you can buy more pods from reception. I think this is cheeky. I normally pod of coffee each should be basic.
The bathroom is big but there’s no shelf in the shower for anything. So you can’t have your cleansing products in the shower. This can easily be rectified with a shelf.
There’s also what seems like construction in the area behind the hotel close to the pool so it’s not restful or quiet while the bulldozer is busy.

Excepcional.
Pros:

Em Lages você nunca vai conseguir fazer tudo a pé. Embora a cidade seja pequena, é cheia de morros e precisa de uber ou carro. Contudo, o Âncora Park fica num ponto muito estratégico, em que o uber é rápido e no preço mínimo. Além disso, em várias praias é possível chegar caminhando cerca de 15min sem subidas, então é bem tranquilo, tendo em vista que os passeios consistem em trilhas também. Além disso, a acomodação é excelente, com um ótimo custo benefício, chalé espaçoso, com áreas de lazer, cozinha equipada, limpíssimo e internet boa. A área da piscina é lindíssima também. Uber eats chega até a acomodação com tranquilidade.

Wij hadden een apparatement/bungalow geboekt. Heerlijk dat je een buitenplaatsje had met tafel en stoelen én een terras bovenop het huisje! Eind van de middag was de zon bij ons buitenplaatsje weg, maar op het terras boven konden we nog tot zonsondergang genieten van de zon.

Erg harde bedden..!
