Cleanliness of facilities, needs update, pubic hair on our bath towel, very disgusting. Won’t be staying here again. Does not meet our standards. Definitely time for update. Smells & looks dirty.

Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. I loved the TV saying welcome to me on the screen. It made me feel wealthy lol.

Cons:

The pillows deflate extremely fast without much pressure. My bed was SLIGHTLY squeaky. Other than that, the room was phenomenal. Almost every service was wiped clean it seems. The light switches weren't, but I took care of that. All in all, great place and I will be back!

It was okay, but not necessarily good for someone in a wheelchair.
Pros:

We were in a handicap room, neither of us are in a wheelchair but that was fine. We liked that the door had a lower peep hole, as well as the regular height. They had a shower chair in the bathroom, the room was huge and had plenty of room for a wheelchair to get around in it.

Cons:

The desk person put us in a handicap room which was fine, neither my husband or I are in a wheelchair. However when we got to the room, on the second floor, there was only a couple of things handicap accessible. The counter in the bathroom was higher than normal for handicapped ones, the mirror was high I’m 5’3 and I could barely see in it. The toilet was the normal height, there was a tub with normal height sides and the tub bottom was not textured for anti slipping. The bed was high, I have short legs and struggled a little getting in.

I’m writing because the experience I had this past weekend was completely unacceptable and far below the standard any guest should expect.

I reported a clogged toilet first thing Saturday morning. Your staff acknowledged the issue and said someone would be sent to fix it. We left the hotel around 10 AM for an event, fully expecting the problem to be resolved by the time we returned.

When we came back that evening, not only had no one addressed the issue, but the staff seemed confused and unable to explain why nothing had been done. Instead of correcting the problem, we were told to move rooms — and we had to move all of our unpacked belongings ourselves with no assistance, no apology, and no compensation of any kind.

This is not acceptable service. A maintenance issue that goes ignored all day, followed by an inconvenient room change with zero support, is a clear failure in basic hospitality and guest care.

I am requesting appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, lack of service, and disruption to our stay. Please respond with what you are prepared to offer.

Very clean and ran well.
Pros:

Great layout and clean! Had some food there twice and both times it was good. Even had some drinks at the bar. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Room service options and menus are not up to date with what they offer. My booking said breakfast was included and it is not, but the coffee bar is free in the morning. Even so a really great place to stay.

Not worth your money
Pros:

The location was close to my reason for coming to Shreveport, the housekeeping staff were super kind when passing through the halls...thats about it

Cons:

Where to start? The entire hotel was hot, the hallways had a horrible smell to them, our room was not cleaned very well, I have photos to follow, there was hair all over the bathroom floor, the wall looked like it had boogers smeared on it, the cover for the box spring of the bed was stained and had a rip in it and the table between the beds was about to fall off the wall and had a broken panel under it that was just proped up against the wall....

Happy with the hotel, would stay again if in another room.
Pros:

Almost everything about the room was great. Bright, clean, spacious and friendly staff.

Cons:

Room appeared to have been updated and very clean except for one area.
the bathroom sink and counter were fine but the stand itself was very rusted and off-putting.
Seeing the clean white towels next to the rusty counter looked terrible.
At the very least, it should have been painted or something.
