Checked out 3 hours after arrival because unable to tolerate bed bugs. In addition bed linens were stained

There were bed bugs.
Never located fitness center. If there was a pool …? Never saw it. Outdoor seating area small no landscaping - for existing in small patio area without any shade coverage or ambience.
Check in check out staff was very busy but staff was nice. Cannot get a refund !!
Left and went to HGI in Bosier city. That hotel was fabulous. Also no receipt received and fighting for a refund. Refrigerator also out of order.bit did quickly come to fix.

Overall a nice hotel
Pros:

The rooms were nice and clean l, beds were comfortable

Cons:

The hallway by the pool was a dangerous area, too much water left outside the door after several people coming out of the area, definitely a hazard

AMAZING STAFF AT HILTON GARDEN INN, FROM CHECK IN TO CHECK OUT THEY WERE SO NICE! !!!!

THE STAFF AT THE THE HILTON GARDEN INN WAS GREAT 👍, THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING AS WELL AS THEIR BREAKFAST, WHICH WAS GREAT! EVERYONE WAS SOOOO NICE!!! THESE AMENITIES ARE WHAT I THINK EVERYONE EXPECTS, THANKS HILTON GARDEN INN!!!

Cons:

NOT COMPLAINING BUT THE BATHROOM FAUCET WAS BROKEN AND NEEDED MORE TOILETRIES.
