There was only one person serving on Friday night at the Sky Bar. At one point I waited 45 minutes just for a beer. Maybe fix the system?

Pros:

Rooms are very good. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast and food in general was great in the hotel. The shuttle is a good way to go around. Centrally located in Sandton. The bathrooms are a bit dated, could be upgraded, but nevertheless maintained well.

Cons:

There should be an option for beds in twin room to be together for couples and families.

Pros:

Es una maravilla de hotel hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia. Es un hotel precioso muy limpio y muy cómodo , el restaurante es muy bueno y el desayuno es lo más, te hacen un café buenísimo y tienes cocineros por todas partes haciendote tortillas muy completas y buenos huevos no le falta de nada es simplemente perfecto.

Angenehmes Hotel mit gutem Presi Leistungsverhältnis in guter Lage
Pros:

Mir hat alles gut gefallen, das Zimmer war sehr angenehm und sauber, es gibt Trinkwasser in Flaschen auf dem Zimmer ( kostenlos ), der Zimmerservice war sehr gut und ausgesprochen freundlich.
Beim Frühstück ist alles verfügbar und gut.

Amazing experience
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming & helpful. Sent cake to the room as was my son’s birthday. Complimentary shuttle driver was kind and helpful.

Cons:

The explanation I received at reception was not clear.
* I waited in the breakfast line for about 35 minutes.
* When I got to my room, there was no fridge. I requested one, but I had to wait about 7 hours before it was provided.
* I also contacted reception/room service, but I would sometimes wait more than 2 hours for assistance.
* When my food eventually arrived, it was cold.
* Overall, the service was very poor and disappointing, and the long waiting times made the experience frustrating.
