Pros:

Bath shower was warm and the bath mat made me.feel secure from slipping.
Lotion, gel and shamppoo provided, but could have put 2 instead of 1 each as the booking was for 2 adults. Got extra toiletries and bathtowel on request.
Room was very spacious and quiet.
Bed was big and comfortable, pillows nice too.
Allowed us to check out at midday not 11, for no extra charge.
Breakfast was wide variety of food.
Concierge brought suitcases up to my room.
Staff were freindly and helpful.
Wi fi connection was good.

Cons:

Stingying ln toietries.
Otherwise all good.
