Good clean and easy location
I arranged for champagne and flowers and asked if there is something the hotel could assist with as it was my 25 year silver wedding anniversary. This was arranged for me while we were in the room. Then the lady that claimed she was a manager, said to me there was a credit. I said fine can you give me that in cash. No I needed the same card. My car was packed and ready, I thought I’m just handing the key in and leaving as I had a 10 am appointment. Now I must go back downstairs and this would have taken time. I had already planned myself now someone decides this instead of calling the room and informing me prior that I would be requiring my card from the car.

It was clean,magnificent and up to standard
Bathroom was faulty . Water from the shower was flooding but overall the hotel was good

My gold chain was taken out of my medicine bag. Luckily it was left on the bed
