Pleasant but could have been better. The hotel staff are really professional and friendly.
Pros:

The hotel itself is really beautiful. The entrance, lobby area etc. They also had friendly staff.

Cons:

We had to change rooms because the Aircon wasn’t working. They tried fixing it but unfortunately, it got worse and made so much noise that we had to be moved to another room.

I hope to stay again.
Pros:

The shuttle service was exceptional. Your drivers were professional and on time. Thank you.
Checking in was quick and easy.

Cons:

When booking it said bottled water was included, there were signs in the room but it had to be specifcially requested which is irritating.
The water pressure in the shower was terrible. Room 136.

The stay was a very bad experience this time
Pros:

The location and the open space where the sofas are best

Cons:

I spent the whole night without electricity in my room. I couldn’t charge my gadgets and found t work. The staff when we call for help or for room service food they were rude and unhelpful. My mediation for the eyes drop was compromised due to I working fridge.

The only food guy is the porter who helped me to take my bags to the room. The rest whom I select with from reception to maintenance and kites were rude and unhelpful.
