Really enjoyed an overnight stay. Great location. The complimentary snacks for breakfast were a very pleasant surprise.

Lovely room - friendly staff - the breakfast basket and fridge in the room was a welcome touch and much appreciated
I prefer breakfast in the room as opposed to going down to breakfast so this was ideal

Comfy, beautiful old characterful building, can’t fault.
Pros:

Excellent location, lovely breakfast hamper, comfy, clean and spacious bedroom. The beer garden and attached restaurant served lovely food, we even came back for lunch after we’d checked out. Would certainly recommend.

Affordable, luxury, well worth every penny
Pros:

We booked this hotel as a last minute booking as my previous booking got cancelled 2 hours before i was due to arrive.
When we arrived we was greeted so warmly and everyone was lovely, we was shown to our room which was stunning and even better they provided a little breakfast basket which was adorable. Room was clean and tidy shower products were also provided. Bed was really comfortable and had a perfect night sleep.

Nothing it was all perfect.

A personal touch made an anxious work trip go smoothly.
Pros:

A warm welcome late at night just as kitchen was closing but chips made nevertheless which was great. Even had a taxi cab App downloaded and my taxi ordered for me after advise that parking might be tricky at my destination the next day. Hotel has modern renovation and retained it’s character, warm and comfortable bed and a large smart TV for a business over night stay meant my working day was very successful! Thanks much appreciated.
