Very sad to see that a place we had previously visited many times was not in the best of order.

Pros:

Really nice apartment had everything you could need for a self catering break away. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. Nice clean crisp bedding and towels. A decent TV and package if your not much into city nightlife. Great location that's close too so much , e. g. town centre, mayflower steps, aquarium, small boat harbour docking, plenty of places to eat, all within a short walk . Great selection of items for breakfast, something to sort everyone I would of thought.

Cons:

I would of liked some kind of coat hooks to give some where to put coats and bags when coming in. Some where to hang things in the main bedroom as well not just the smaller room especially if you have more than two people using the apartment. The sofa could of been better thought. But ok for just myself and my husband.

Cons:

I was in room 20 and the mattress was awful. It felt like you was going to fall out of bed and you could feel every spring and it was also very hard.. shame as everything else was ok

We were expecting a hotel not a guesthouse which the Imperial now is

Breakfast was excellent. Good choices. Excellent buffet and it was hot!

Cons:

Rooms need to be checked as well as cleaned eg bathroom mirror light, shower light not working, sanitary disposal bag holder empty. Staff on reception need to greet visitors with a smile?

Would stay here again.

Very good breakfast. Excellent location, close to both shops and the Hoe.

Our room was below the dining room. This meant that there was heavy footfall above our room from 7am onwards.
