Pros:

Perfect position and friendly hotel r

Cons:

Room not as good as last year even though they supposed to have given it a make over. Few niggles which they could easily avoid but in general good for a week's stay.

Great location but not great experience. Wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Great location easy to find and access how or city centre.

Cons:

Staff not very friendly or helpful. Told us the wrong room number also got given a front door key for after hours but not told the code which we also needed. Breakfast not great either.

Pros:

Location. Fluffy white towels.

Cons:

Bed very uncomfortable. Ended up with a family room not a double. I would have booked a family room if I had wanted another bed in our room. It took up space. Staff appeared unprofessional. Did wonder if they were actually trained. Breakfast was not good. Everything was hard as if it had been cooked then put out long before guests arrived. Building very old and it showed. Wouldn't recommend..

Overall nice stay, great location and nice hotel breakfast.
Pros:

The location is close to the hoe and the barbican, both walkable distances.
The hotel room was quite big and not too cramped. The bathroom was also quite big and spacious.
Overall nice stay, great location and nice hotel breakfast.

Cons:

Forgot to take pictures of the room but there were damages on the wall and big grey "stains" as well which did not appeal to us.
The hotell bed was a bit too hard for our liking.
