There is no real gym. The one on site is used by locals and there is no room for guests. I was never able to get a machine. If you pick a hotel expecting to be able to exercise, this one is not it. Also the door to the room kept opening by itself.

So cold
The hotel was accommodating of my request for a late check-in time (3am). Gym was well equipped compared to other hotels I've previously stayed at. Opted for the breakfast buffet the last couple of days of my stay and the food was good. I'd recommend purchasing the breakfast option the night before so you get a discount.
Noticed the room had a slight musty smell to it, and the carpet was malformed (there was loose carpet that made bumps so a possible trip hazard).
Also noticed the outside of the toilets weren't properly cleaned

I stayed here for 2 weeks and found the hotel charming and comfortable in a fabulous location close to all amenities. The variety of restaurants and coffee shop was spoilt for choice. The quality of food and service was spectacular. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and will definitely recommend Novotel Ambassador Gangnam to all.
The room, and location, and cleanliness.
I stayed at Novotel Ambassador Gangnam for 13 days (Oct 24 – Nov 5) and was hoping for a warm and relaxing experience. The hotel is clean and well-located, but a few things left me disappointed.
One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the beautiful fountain view. I imagined relaxing there during my stay, enjoying the view I had looked forward to. But to my surprise, the hotel doesn’t allow guests to sit by the fountain unless they order food or coffee. When I asked where I could sit instead, the staff simply pointed me to seats beside the check-in counter, completely away from the view. It felt unfair and disappointing — as if the best part of the hotel was reserved for spending more money, not for the guests who already paid to stay there.
Also, after such a long stay, we requested a 1-hour late check-out, but it was declined, which felt a little inconsiderate.
The hotel has potential and lovely facilities, but I hope management improves the sense of hospitality and appreciation for long-stay guests
I made good memories at the Gangnam Hotel where I stayed for the first time. Thank you to the Louis staff for your kind response during the check-in, and I‘ll come back again next time
I loved the hospitality of the staff so much. My name is Joshua Chester Malapit and I was staying from Sept 30 to Oct 8. Chloe at the concierge was very helpful, along with 2 other colleagues in which I would appreciate if Chloe is able to give their names to recognize them for their excellent service. There was a time where I forgot to pick up my Interpark ticket in the lobby, however the staff did an amazing job ensuring that I receive my tickets and informed me that I can pick it up at the venue. I also appreciate the information provided in regards to the Airport Limo Bus as it was very helpful and was a great farewell before I left the property. I myself also work at a luxury hotel, and having this experience at another property as a guest I truly felt the care being very genuine. Would definitely come and stay again.
Everything was perfect.
1. 我订了两个房间,酒店前台说他们系统里只有一间。
2. 我们两个人,如果只有一间房,是否可以换成双床,告知满房,没有。
3. 我们说给加床被子,被告知需要收费
4. 第二天早晨check out时候,又告诉我系统里是订了两间!

I chose this hotel as the last sister hotel I stayed at weren’t really of to my liking. The hotel is clean and all amenities in the room were working well. Transportation is easy with the nearby subway station and it was one of the stop for Airport Limousine Bus 6703. The check-in was without issue though the staff forgot to pass me the free drink voucher for my stay as a Silver Accords member. When I went to the lobby lounge to redeem the free drink on the last day, I was informed that I needed to have a voucher from the front desk. I went to the front desk and told the staff about it and the staff was kind of skeptical about me not receiving it during check-in but she still issued one to me. I don’t know why the hotel doesn’t use what was already available on the Accor app instead which would be very convenient, environment friendly and also clearly if it was already redeemed.
The room was ok and I have no issues except the price of the room service was really on the high side. Breakfast was good but I don’t know why there’s no teaspoon or stirrer provided as just everyday I needed to ask the waiting staff for salt and pepper.
Most of the staff were indifferent other than those at the front desk and the concierge station who were helpful and smiling.
Overall still a good hotel and it would be one on my list if I was in the area again.
