Pros:

I like the room and the fitness center.

Cons:

It was my fourth time at the hotel and have to say the hotel has changed a lot.
The breakfast not the same. Quality and selection has been lowered, not the same than 6 months ago.
There was a big group staying at the hotel for a sport event, noisy and rude.
Had to wait 15 mins for the elevator in the morning to go down.

Eccellente Albergo in una delle migliori vie di Gangnam
Pros:

L’albergo è molto bello soprattutto nelle parti comuni. Stanza nella media e bagno migliorabile. Letto comodissimo. La colazione è eccellente. Il personale è gentilissimo, abbiamo avuto un problema con una camera e la reception ce lo ha prontamente risolto. La posizione è comoda trovandosi a Gangnam vicino alla principale via dello shopping.

Cons:

Le camere potrebbero essere migliorate. I bagni soprattutto ma nel complesso sono accoglienti e confortevoli.
