Superb staffs and comfortable room with convenient airport bus access
Pros:

Staffs are very nice and service-minded. The room is large and comfortable. Several convernience stores are nearby. There is airport limousine bus from ICN Airport which is very convenient.

Cons:

The location is on the hill which requires daily exercise to walk to and back from metro.

Pros:

Очень комфортная широкая кровать. Лёгкое, тёплое одеяло. Подушки как облако, мягкие и комфортные. Номера просторные, хорошее расположение.

Cons:

У меня в поездке был день рождения, обычно отель делает что-то приятное для именинника. Я подошла на ресепшен попросила свечи для торта, который я купила. Мне сказали что свечей нет, но я могу приобрести торт. Хотя бы тарелку с фруктами, как знак взимания, было бы приятно увидеть по возвращению номер. Я в отеле находилась 2 недели.

室内は清潔
地下鉄に近い

Cons:

3時チェックインのはずでしたが、清掃時間がかかる理由で4時まで待たせたにもかかわらず、4時になったら「あと10分くらいがかかりそう」って結局４時半前後にチェックイン完了となっちゃった。しかも同日チェックインの友達が予約のと違うタイプの客室を案内されちゃった。連休で忙しいところもあると理解はしたいのですが、このレベルのホテルにまったく相応しくないサービスだと思うし、管理などがとても混乱だと思います。(謝りに？)なんとかサービスの無料券をくれたが、チェックイン遅くなったせいで当日のスケジュールが結構乱れて気分も悪くなってしまったんです。

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

I recently stayed at Novotel Ambassador Gangnam, and I was truly touched by the exceptional service I received.

Claire was absolutely wonderful, and I was especially impressed by a tall, beautiful female concierge staff member whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch (I’m so sorry about that!). Both of them showed a level of pride and professionalism that you dont often experience these days. Their genuine hospitality truly elevated my entire stay and made it even more memorable.

The room was very comfortable and spotless, and I also loved the robot delivery service such a fun and convenient touch!
Thank you so much for everything. I am already looking forward to coming back and staying even longer next time!

No real gym for guests
Pros:

There is no real gym. The one on site is used by locals and there is no room for guests. I was never able to get a machine. If you pick a hotel expecting to be able to exercise, this one is not it. Also the door to the room kept opening by itself.

Great location, great staff and overall good hotel to stay at
Pros:

The hotel was accommodating of my request for a late check-in time (3am). Gym was well equipped compared to other hotels I've previously stayed at. Opted for the breakfast buffet the last couple of days of my stay and the food was good. I'd recommend purchasing the breakfast option the night before so you get a discount.

Cons:

Noticed the room had a slight musty smell to it, and the carpet was malformed (there was loose carpet that made bumps so a possible trip hazard).

Also noticed the outside of the toilets weren't properly cleaned
