Great stay!
Pros:

Great location, lovely room and hotel in general and staff were really friendly. Will stay again!

Cons:

Breakfast was understaffed with a conference on. As leisure guests we timed it badly and caught the end of the conference rush which I understand happens however with only 1 team member on the floor every empty table was dirty when we got there, there was no eggs left, 2 of the fruits were empty, and there was no mugs or glasses for a drink. He was doing a great job but really needed an extra hand to stay on top of everything.

The Shopping Centre is excellent so is the food around

Cons:

The pool was filthy
The place is run down noisy dirty only provided one towel each

fantastic - i would stay there again
Pros:

The beds were super comfortable, the hotel was quiet and clean, facilities were great. The lobby downstairs was convenient. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Room service was speedy and the food was good. Breakfast was on the good but expense.

The room service menu could offer more variety and breakfast was expense if booked on the day
