Pros:

There was an issue with us getting into our room twice but the staff were very helpful in sorting it out.

Cons:

We were left wanting at breakfast. The selection of food was good but the quality was not great.
We also organised a late checkout at an agreed time, about an hour before this we got a call to say we should have checked out already.

This experience was very disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. It included most of the standard breakfast options, although the selection was not very extensive.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and tidy.

Cons:

After checking out, we asked the reception to arrange a taxi to the airport. The receptionist kindly informed us of the last digits of the vehicle’s licence plate and the approximate waiting time after booking the car for us.

When the car arrived, we got in without paying much attention, as it appeared to be a private vehicle rather than a standard taxi, and we therefore did not confirm the fare in advance.

However, upon arriving at the airport, we discovered that the driver had taken us directly to the T4 drop-off area for convenience and then charged us an unreasonable fare significantly higher than a normal taxi rate.

This experience made us feel that the hotel’s transportation arrangement service was quite unprofessional.

great place with great location heaps of other food options walking distance from the hotel
Pros:

Comfortable room, great location, good facilities recommend staying here for work or a business trip. Has option around the hotel, too, so you are not just stuck with limited options.

The room facing the main road had a little bit of road noise

Great location, comfortable clean and quiet hotel with a great restaurant.
Pros:

Food and wine in the restaurant was amazing. Room was spotless, great shower, comfortable bed.
Very quiet, best nights sleep I have had for ages. Decor is beautiful. Close to Waverly Private Hospital, which was very convenient.
Highly recommended.

Close to shops and food. And being able to charge our electric car in the car park

Cons:

Had to stay an extra day and the price for one night was the same as the two nights we had booked on booking.com
