Bus and train stations just around the corner. Only 15 minutes walk to Central Munich. Loved It!
Pros:

The location is awesome as it’s only five minutes walk to the main Hauptbahnhof, and Lufthansa Express bus stop too and from the airport. It’s only a 15 walk to the City Centre as well. Clean rooms and are well appointed. Definitely would stay again (which we actually did as we were doing a round trip around Austria).

Cons:

Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment, but nothing was wrong at all.

Pros:

The hotel is in a convenient location close to the central station, tram station, making it easy to access public transportation and nearby attractions. However, guests should be aware that there were several intoxicated individuals in the surrounding area a few streets away from the hotel, particularly during the night.

Cons:

The room itself was comfortable and well-ventilated. However, we noticed spiders in the room, and the hotel should take preventive measures to ensure they do not become a larger issue.

One of the biggest disappointments was the Wi-Fi. The signal strength was extremely weak, and we experienced persistent connectivity problems throughout our stay. Although we reported the issue to the reception, the explanations provided were not satisfactory. Reliable internet access is a basic expectation for guests, and it should work properly without requiring excuses or repeated complaints.

The breakfast was average. There were no fresh juices available, and the selection for vegetarians was quite limited. Expanding the vegetarian options and offering fresh juices would significantly improve the breakfast experience.

The hotel provided fans in the room, which was appreciated. However, they were very small and resembled kitchen or desk fans, with insufficient airflow for guest comfort. Larger and more powerful fans would be a much better solution, especially during warmer periods.

Overall, the hotel has a good location and decent rooms, but improvements in Wi-Fi quality, breakfast offerings, pest control, and room cooling would greatly enhance the guest experience.

We had a great stay in spite of problems mentioned.
Pros:

Close proximity to all many of interest.
Friendly staff
Access to washing machine and drier.

Cons:

Very noisy busy street and no AC.
Had a kitchen but cost for utensils was extra. This was probably on the website- but not something you’d expect.

Pros:

The location was amazing. You have a spot infront of the hotel where taxis/uber has enough place to pick you up. Everything was in walking distance. Came here for 2 nights for an event at Konigsplatz.

Cons:

There was no AC in the room, only a small fan, it was quite hot in the room.

Perfekter Platz für einen unkomplizierten, zentralen Cityaufenthalt in München
Pros:

Super zentral 7 Gehminuten vom Ausgang Bahnhof Nord am Beginn des Maxvorstadt gelegen. Ganz viele Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuß erledigt werden, ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan, ein ital. Bistro sowie ein ital. Restaurant direkt im Gebäude, weitere Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Zimmer komfortabel und angenehm. Sehr freundliches Personal in der Rezeption, Frühstück hatte ich keines. Das Zimmer schaute auf die Hauptstraße, war aber super ruhig.

Odaya girmeden koridorda hep bir gider kokusu vardı . Ara ara aynı koku odadaki giderlerden de geldi . Caddeden çok ses geliyordu. Kliması yoktu. Temizliğin her gün yapılmaması kötü.
