It was OK.
Pros:

The staff was super helpful and friendly, the location is convenient (I could walk to the city centre and super easy access to public transport), bed was comfortable, and the room was really clean.

Cons:

The room is smaller than expected and needs some renovation/maintenance- the stove was only working partially, the blackout window was not closing (only half of it was), and the internet was also very slow.

Nice staff clean room but with with some problems die to ground floor room

Good location, friendly staff. Very clean

Cons:

My room was on the ground floor near the kitchen, it was very noisy. Very noisy fridge, no complimentary tea bags or coffee. Very small cups. Stuffy airless room with no opening window. I would not have chosen a ground floor room but there was no option not to

Bom hotel para uma escapadinha.
Pros:

Bom hotel, perto da paragem de autocarros que vem do aeroporto. Tudo conforme o planeado.

Cons:

Não gosto da carpete no chão porque fica suja mais rapidamente e tinha algumas manchas.

Pros:

Spacious, clean room in very central location relative to the train station. I arrived after the check in staff had left for the night but the self-check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. There was apparently also laundry facilities in the building--I didn't have time to access it, but quite handy as a traveler.

Cons:

I wasn't able to figure out the wifi situation very easily--there were no instructions in the room but eventually I realized that I didn't need a password to log on.

Buenas instalaciones, pero gestión y atención inexistentes
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, muy cerca de la estación central y del centro. El desayuno también me gustó mucho. La habitación estaba bien y la cama era cómoda, aunque la almohada me resultó fatal.

Cons:

El trato del personal dejó mucho que desear. Tuvimos problemas a la hora de hacer el check-in y no nos ayudaron nada; era tarde y no había nadie en recepción, el horario es muy limitado.
No hubo ninguna preocupación por nuestra llegada ni asistencia tras los problemas que tuvimos al entrar
