In assoluto la posizione, sia rispetto al centro che alla stazione centrale.

La colazione molto buona e abbondante. Posizione centrale molto vicino alla stazione centrale.
Il bagno in camera era un po' piccolo.
Chambre spacieuse, confortable et propre.
Petit déjeuner varié et copieux.
Il n'y a pas de climatisation dans les chambres, il peut donc faire très chaud et suffoquant durant l'été. De plus, les chambres côté rue donnent sur un gros boulevard passant, ouvrir la fenêtre est donc très bruyant. Il est donc très compliqué de refroidir la chambre.
Privilégiez si vous le pouvez les chambres côté cour.
Handy to railway and bus stations. Good coffee across the road. Able to open windows wide for fresh air. Supermarkets close. Restaurants handy. Washing facilities on site.
Minimum of cutlery supplied, had to ask for 2 x cereal bowls. Full kitchenette (fridge, microwave, cooktop) but 5€ a day for saucepan etc? No thanks. Need to be on correct side of building to have a cooler room.

La parte de arriba de la estacion de tren es mejor para parar que la parte de abajo de la estación en munich .

El baño podría ser un poco mas grande ya que la habitación era muy amplia

Me gustó tener la heladerita y la jarra para preparar te, cafe o mate. Esta cerca de la estación de trenes y tambien a pocos minutos caminando del centro.

The Cripple us not provded for the kid they said while booking it is confirmed, but not gived the bed size was very small.
The window is too small the place is so that the air flow doe not flow at all, more over it shall be duplex aparment, which is shown in the pictire but not offered. We are very disspointed and NO vaule for money.
