Rodeway Inn & Suites Cherokee On the River

Room was clean, staff friendly. We loved the river. Only thing was that they should have comfortable seats on the balcony. Also at least a fridge and microwave.

There was no mini fridge or microwave in the room! 1st and last time staying.

The view from the balcony was the perfect thing, especially first thing in the morning. The staff was incredibly helpful and very friendly. The room was clean and the AC and the heater both worked well. A few minor upgrades are needed to the room, but nothing that would deter me from staying again

Good parking, fantastic view from balcony, no shampoo or soap in bathroom, rooms are starting to show wear and tear.

Clean room and clean comfortable beds. We’ve stayed here previously and love how big the room is with an area with a love seat, small dining table, and refrigerator. We love setting on the balcony and enjoying the view.

The room had a bad odor. There where roach's crawling on tables. Its not in good condition for someone to stay in. We left after the first night and had to get a new hotel. The lady at the desk was no help. It was to worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. I DONT RECCOMEND this place to no one.

My room had no microwave or refrigerator. The satellite television was awful. There were a little more than a dozen channels and it would freeze up when raining. I won’t be staying here again.

The staff werent friendly or even acknowledge

Staff can be more informative on what they have to.offfer, as well as being social when signing in and out.

its a corporate hotel and i like to stay in those when i travel, the room had burn marks in carpet rusty shower head terrible cable channels tv plopped on counter old furniture dirty i just don't understand why in a tourist town there wouldn't be more concern.

Our stay was ok. This is an average hotel. Beds were a bit hard, but it was only for 2 nights. We added an extra night and the price was way higher than what I booked online. So get the number of nights right to get the best prices. Our room on the lower level had a view of the river and one day we woke up to geese right out side Our window.

Ice machine leaked bad for several days around stairs. I had to walk through water.
My room had no micro wave or small refrigerator.
Property had no washing machine or dryer service.

Its a nice older hotel...good location on the river. Nothing fancy but a nice location for a decent price

Rooms arent horrid, but we did had ants in the bathroom. Advertises free breakfast, but they do not have it. Only one ice machine on the second story for the entire place. Our 'view' of the river was not so good. Front staff was lazy and unfriendly. And the pool was dirty.

We originally booked a room for 2 nights online and the web showed us a room with jacuzzi and river view. We got there and had a regular room with a small tub and kudzu blocking our river view on First floor. Was not happy so we spoke to owners son who quickly moved us to the second floor with a jacuzzi and awesome view of river. He was very kind and helpful. My husband loved the river and trout fished for two days!! Very convenient to everything and very clean room. Will definitely stay there again!!

I like the view from the balcony and the distance from town.

The room smelled extremely musty. Chairs and loveseat were stained extremely badly. Very outdated rooms. No breakfast, no lighting at the pool. Worst place I've stayed ever
