Very nice property! Great view of the beach, and an awesome spa with great prices!

Not kids friendly!!!
No towels for kids, no access to interior pool / so called “Spa” for kids.

If you want to go to the beach, no towels neither for adults.

Out of seasons hotel was empty

Loved the spa.

Though access to fitness centre should not be ectra(it is located in spa area)

Bathroom in room was very outdated. Black mould in tile grout.

Bed very comfortable. Sheets soft.

Incredible buffet breakfast.

Great restaurant for dinner.

Great spa services. Eliza for grape seed scrub, mud wrap and massage was fantastic!

Right on the beach, perfect, likely the hotel that is closer to beach in Mamaia.

Parking lot entrance poorly designed. Very tight fit parking in.

Läget utmärkt. Man bor direkt vid stranden. Rummen bra men med viss slitage som behöver årgärdas och mycket små badrum. Frukostbuffen har bara bacon varannan dag den andra dagen en kryddig typ ölkorv och så varvas det. Annars är buffén en normal buffé med mycket urval. Restaurangen har bra priser. Maten bra men kan kryddas mera. Men detta är ett problem överallt i Mamaia. Kockarna använder ej salt och peppar eller andra kryddor i samma utsträckning som Europa. Lite felstavningar i menyn gjorde att fel sorts kött beställdes. Åtgärdades utan problem. Mycket bra serveringspersonal som gjorde det yttersta

Das Hotel ist wirklich direkt am Strand, und mit den Zimmern mit Meerblick hat man hier einen super Aufenthalt in wirklich sauberen Zimmern. Die Größe des Badezimmers ist etwas bedürftig, ansonsten ist die komplette hotelanlage mit spa und Pool wirklich eine super Unterkunft! Nicht gerade billig, aber jeden Cent wert!

First the usd conversion was very very high. Hotel was nice but i felt like i was a terrorist, locked doors everywhere. Very small rooms and bathrooms. We had no space for 2 parenta and a 1 year old child.

Hotel on the beach. Great with kids. You have to pay extra for sunbeds.

They checked us in early, 11:00 AM
They never cleaned the room, for 3 days, did the bathroom
Location is great, the hotel beach clean, surprising number of employees to avoid waiting

It is the second year in a row we came to this hotel and will come again!

Friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. Modern furniture. Big TV with channels from 2 providers (including HBO package). The breakfast was delicious and varied every day, which was nice. Big parking lot, with security.

Wouldn't hurt to have a "Do not disturb" sign available in all rooms :) Last year, we had one, this year didn't.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. There was a moldy smell in the bathroom, and at certain times of day a sewage smell as well. Air conditioning wasn't working properly. So-so food available at breakfast. Customer service was terrible. Thin walls and noisy neighbors. Uncomfortable beds. Pretty much my worst hotel experience ever. For that price, there are much better places on the beach.

Nice pool, beach area and buffet breakfast.

The standard rooms however are quite small and had only one functioning plug socket.

Ok for a short stay, would not stay in the same room type again but hotel is nice otherwise.

Constanta was very amazing in that I was able to relax and enjoy myself. Even though it was a short holiday, I was very impressed with the area..

I will never book a hotel with hotels.com again!

Hotel rated 4 stars, in our opinion max 2, had to ask to clean the room, change towels, extra shower gel... Be prepared to pay a lot of money if you wanna use the pool $10 per person per day. Parking listed as free, they probably have 10 spots total so be also ready to drive around to find a spot and pay for the parking.
Overall I would not recommend this hotel!

On the up side: The hotel had a great location. It was nice and clean. Food was excellent!
On the down side: They advertised free parking but only had 85 parking spots for 341 rooms, so it was on a "first come, first served" principle. Therefore, I ended up having to pay a pretty steep price for parking. They also messed up on one of my reservations (we had 3 rooms), but they did fix the problem. Additionally, you had to pay separately to use the pool and to rent beach chairs.
All that being said, it was a very nice and pleasant vacation.

Parking is a challenge. The parking in front of the hotel belongs to someone else and so it's paid, and the hotel free parking is around the side of the hotel. You have to walk all the way around the hotel and there's no access from the back. On weekends it's almost impossible to get a spot and they won't open the barrier even if they still have some open. They told us it's for the boss. What a joke!
