Excelentes servicios dentro del hotel.
Pros:

Tiene restaurante, alberca, el desayuno esta muy completo. El personal es bueno (pero fuimos en temporada baja).

Cons:

La ubicación esta horrible, no puedes llegar a ninguno lado a pie (ni si quiera a la esquina). Si viajas con auto o con transporte, esto no es problema.

En general muy bien agradezco a los empleados su buena disposición para aclarar cualquier duda.
Pros:

El desayuno me pareció perfecto, buen trato del personal y bien surtido, los precios son estándares con otros hoteles, el servio de primera

Cons:

Todo bien para mi gusto ya que solo es un lugar de descanso después de trabajar y lo que deseas es descansar. El aire acondicionado no pude controlarlo y se presentaron cerca de 25 grados, para mi demasiado calor.

EL DESAYUNO ES BUENO Y VARIADO, LO MALO NO TIENEN ALIEMENTOS PARA PERSONAS ALERGICAS Y FUE COMPLICADO RESOLVERLO.

LA LIMPIEZA DEJA QUE DESEAR YA QUE ENCONTRAMOS DOS CUCARACHAS EN DISTINTAS PARTES, LO PREOCUPANTE FUE LA DEL BAÑO CERCA DEL RESTAURANTE, LA COMIDA DE LA CARTA ES MUY MALA Y LOS COSTOS SON BASTANTE ELEVADOS POR UNOS HUEVOS SIN NADA FUERON $300.00

Como siempre en casa

Como siempre la limpieza, la atención, el agua caliente , el detalle de dejar café con galletas en la noche te hacen sentir como en casa

Cons:

El ruido del extractor de aire del baño , se apagaba las luces hasta el interruptor principal y aun si estaba funcionando , fue muy molesto en la noche casi no pude dormir

Es agradable, limpio y cumple, pero no esperes gran lujo.

Lo mejor es el trato de los empleados, todos son muy amables y van la milla extra por hacerte sentir cómodo. La limpieza de las instalaciones es constante y buena, aporta al sentimiento de comodidad. El desayuno buffet es rico y tiene muchas opciones.

Cons:

Para ser un Fiesta Inn, uno esperaría un poquito más de lujo pero es un hotel viejo que no se ha renovado; tienes la sensación de estar en un hotel para business meetings, principalmente de paso y para dormir. El diseño de la regadera tira el agua al baño y tienes que limpiar cada que te bañas. Las teles tienen sky en lugar de ser SmartTV para que uno conecte sus cuentas de streaming. Las instalaciones del gimnasio son viejas, las cafeteras son viejas, los teléfonos, etc. El hotel necesita renovarse para no dejar abajo la marca Fiesta Inn. Debido a que fuimos con una promoción no me duele la relación calidad precio; de haber tenido que pagar full price, hay otras opciones mejores por precio similar.

La ubicación solamente.

Cons:

Hace tiempo que no visitaba el hotel; anteriormente me parecía un lugar muy bonito y cómodo. Sin embargo, en esta ocasión noté un desgaste importante en las instalaciones: los muebles se ven viejos y maltratados, y la silla de la habitación estaba chueca.

Adicional,, el buffet fue muy limitado. Antes ofrecían un gran buffet y ahora, considerando el precio, la oferta es mínima. Tuve que esperar a que repusieran los alimentos y, cuando lo hicieron, fue en cantidades muy reducidas.

En general, siento que el costo del buffet no corresponde con la calidad ni la experiencia que se ofrece actualmente.
