Nos gusta siempre volvemos
Pros:

Es cómodo, bonito, el desayuno excelente muy alto en precio pero es muy buen lugar

Cons:

La regadera solo tiene media puerta de vidrio y se inunda todooooooo el baño cuando te bañas pero en realidad todo (hasta afuera) necesitan arreglar eso.

La atención del personal de recepción matutino, el personal de restaurante vespertino.

La persona que contesto al llamar al servicio de habitación fue grosera cuando pedí la cena.

Inconvenient
Pros:

Cleanliness and room facilities

Cons:

Access from the highway is a bit challenging, traffic moves quickly, and there’s pressure to exit onto the ramp abruptly. Getting to the other side of the city or to the mall also requires a long U-turn, which is inconvenient.

Unfortunately, our stay was also disrupted by a large group of kids from a sports tournament. There was constant noise, with running and shouting in the hallways, which made it difficult to relax. Although we asked the staff several times to address the situation, it didn’t seem to improve.

The hotel could handle this better by grouping large teams in a separate wing, requiring supervising adults to take responsibility for noise control, or placing clearer signage about quiet hours. It may also be worth reviewing the soundproofing, as noise carried easily through the corridors.

Personal del restaurante muy grosero
Pros:

La piscina

Cons:

El personal de restsurante muy grosero, una ppena, porque en recepción eran bien simpáticos y amables. No volveré por el trato del personal. Está pegado a la carretera, se oyen los coches muchisimo desde la piscina y todo el hotel, no relaja mucho este hecho.
