Overall good in terms of service, hospitality and location.
Pros:

Overall experience was excellent. The front staff was very cordial and cooperative, specially Surbhi. The chef was able to understand my food related issues and serve as requiree.

Cons:

The toilet pot was not cleaned properly and the bath are not ventilated adequately. Need to be attended by the service staff.

Home away from home!!! This chain will become my future on business trips staying destination.
Pros:

All the aspects essential for a two day stay were provided. There was feel of warmth and ideal hospitality. The staff, dining department, in room dining all was ideal. No reason to complain. The very fact that you employ special people with disability was a total PHILANTHROPIC GESTURE.I really appreciated that.

Cons:

No area in which i could find a spot worth complaining.

A problem i faced the last time I stayed here. I had a big problem with the food. I have certain allergies and prefeences w.r.t. food. So i had ordered for a sandwich specifically saying I do not want cheese or mayaonnaise put in it and i got a sandwich with cream cheese put. Then i had ordered a dal saying I do not want spice in it and it was spicy with green chillies. So inspite of specific instructions, they were not followed.

Value for money
Pros:

It was value for money stay.
I stayed 4 nights at Suite room #114 with quite affordable price. When I checked in the room the hotel offered was facing the road with traffic, then I complained before accepting. It was super speedy reaction and I could get the similar sized room at the opposite side of the hotel which was really calm and enough big room. Thanks to this speedy update, my stay was comfortable.
The food at the restaurant was really good and the staff Sazid helped me a lot. He was really supportive member there.
Although the bathroom never gave me a good impression from a look, the shower with really hot water with rich volume soothed my body which got tired under high temperatures outside.

Cons:

The hotel is relatively old and bathroom gave me an impression the hotel is really old.

Pros:

The rooms were tidy and spacious. The staff was very polite and helpful. Pleasant stay. 100% recommended.

Can do better on the menu. The coffee and French fries we ordered weren’t good.

Location was good ...staff was courteous

Cons:

Cleanliness was not up to the mark. Moment on starts taking bath in the tub, drain worms started coming out of the drain. Filthy.
