Very nice renovated apartment, parking available on premises, supermarket in the 1st floor of the building

4eme séjour dans cet établissement et d3 loin le meilleur. En fait tout dépend festival la loterie du numéro de chambre. Cette fois ci tout était parfait.

Établissement vieillissant pas super entretenu. Propre mais il y avait quand même des insectes. Par contre le manque d'un système d'aération fait que le logement sent très mauvais. J'ai ouvert la porte fenêtre qui était cassée, j'ai du demander de l'aide pour réussir à la refermer... Et impossible de laisser ouvert à cause du bruit de la rue!
L'accès est très pratique proche du métro et il y a un supermarché au pied de l'immeuble. Mais le soir il y a des personnes qui traînent proche de l'entrée c'est pas très sécurisant.

Simply do not book this hotel. I’ve travelled my entire life and nothing has come close to this. Our first room reeked of urine which made it impossible to sleep. The hotel hallways then filled with smoke which staff explained was because clothes were burned by people ironing in the next room. The hotel instructed us to open the windows for ventilation. However, that just let in more smoke from the next room that also opened their windows, completely defeating the point. This lasted the entire day. We requested another room but there was a bedbug problem in that room too. I showed the hotel the bedbug bite marks on my body as evidence but they gaslit me into saying there weren’t any bed bugs. The problem was the bed frame itself was ripped open, exposing the foam which the bed bugs were likely hiding in. They said they checked, but the only way they could have confirmed this is by taking apart the bedding entirely, which when I inquired about this they just parroted “we checked”, blatantly lying to my face. Due to the hotel's negligence, I had to move rooms three times over the course of the week. When I moved rooms, the hotel staff offered to make the first night's stay free of charge. I asked if there was anything I needed to do, they said they would contact Expedia to process the request, but it would take 24 hours. I stayed until the 16th, and today is August 22nd. Expedia emailed today stating the hotel refused to provide a refund, bad liars. Save your money, don’t book

Excellent location, a metro station and Supermarket about 50 meters away. rooms equiped with mini kitchen so you can cook your own meals. No AC on rooms, but no need, just open the window and the cool breeze will do the job. If we return to Paris we will definetely consider staying there again

Par contre une chaleur terrible dans la chambre alors qu'il ne fait que 25 dehors.

Pas de store sur la baie vitrée. Et le ventilateur est vraiment bruyant

Das Familienzimmer ist recht komfortabel. Sehr netter Empfang. Das Hotel ist ruhig und die Metro ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, so dass man schnell in ca. 30 Minuten im Zentrum von Paris ist. Vor Ort sind aber auch gleich noch einige Restaurants. Das Auto kann man gut und sicher in einer Tiefgarage parken. Alles prima.

Fint sted i forhold til prisen. Meget tæt på metro, supermarked og en hyggelig restaurant på hjørnet.

Overall is ok, near to orly airport and close to public transport. BUT the asian male receptionist with sparse mustache is extremely rude,always acting irritable and very irresponsible. Can't believe how this person got a job as a receptionist.

séjour professionnel , une nuit. Personnel chaleureux, lit confortable, chambre spacieuse. Un bémol, pas de climatisation surtout quand on est en période de canicule , mais un ventilateur est mis à disposition

Je suis arrivé en début de semaine de canicule. Pas de clim, juste un petit ventilateur. La chaleur était étouffante. J'avais l'impression que le chauffage était en route ! Même après 3 jours après la descente de température l'hôtel est resté très chaud !

É um hotel honesto, quarto bastante espaçoso mas estava muito calor e não tem ar condicionado o quarto estava extremamente quente , ficava de frente para uma avenida muito movimentada Então nao dava para ficar com a janela aberta, fica 20 min da torre Eiffel o metro e mesmo em frente. Eu não voltaria a me hospedar!

It was terrible. I don't recommend it.I forgot my braclet in my room last Monday 06/16. I called the hotel many times. The front desk they keep telling me that they will checked for me with the room cleaning staff, but I haven't heard anything from them.I keep calling and the keep telling me the same thing we will call you, but they never did.
I've never seen something like that before. They're untrustworthy.
If you stay there the room cleaning staff will open you're room while you're sleeping which's unprofessional. They also knocked my door the day of the check out at 10 am. they wanted to clean the room that what's scared me and made me forgot my bracelet there.
I don't advise anyone to stay there.

Les petites attention ( friandises, bouteille d'eau, sachet de thé...) disparaissent au fil des mois. C'est agréable après un voyage fastidieux de trouver un tel réconfort. Fort heureusement, l'accueil chaleureux du check in, permet d'atténuer ces manquements.

Good location, although address in the confirmation took us too far down the road. Front desk staff varying in friendliness - but overall service good. Room was good; but no towels on arrival and weren’t able to get any until the next day. No frequent room service throughout the day, so bin was never emptied (we bagged everything up, but it remained in our room), and room generally left however we left it throughout the day. No air conditioning; so was quite difficult to manage temperature on a hot day, but overall was okay.
