Okee hotel, maar weinig klantgericht
Pros:

Lekker ontbijt. De vernieuwde kamers zijn erg mooi.

Cons:

Het personeel was op het eerste zich vriendelijk, maar niet klantgericht. Toen we 2 minuten voor openingstijd van het ontbijt de ontbijtruimte wilden betreden, zag de dame ons komen en deed snel voor onze neus de deur dicht én op slot. Dat was erg onbeleefd.
Tot 7u30 is de traphal op slot. Dit bracht mijn vriendin in paniek toen ze om 7u de kamer wou verlaten. Ik trachtte hierover in gesprek te gaan met de man aan de receptie, maar hij wilde de boodschap niet horen.
Zowel in de nieuwe kamers als in de verouderde kamers vielen de bedden erg tegen.

Great location after a long drive from UK, functional rustic place.

Cons:

The evening meals ordered did not reflect the menu descriptions and changed daily. The bar staff didn't understand a beer in normally served in a glass bigger than a thimble. The staff were not able to store an open can of dog food overnight - no fridges in rooms, suggesting I leave it on the windowsill. They have a bluebottle fly problem inside, especially in the dining areas and bar.

Facile d'accès, bon moment
Pros:

Le parking au pied. Le repas au restaurant de l'hôtel choix modéré mais repas bon. Prix 14-25 euros pour un plat. Quantité correcte mais un plat seul : un peu juste.
L'emplacement : etroubles l'été très fleuri petite promenade à faire à pied.
Côté jardin de l'hôtel : le calme.
Le petit déjeuner fourni (il faut aller derrière le buffet pour la suite du petit déjeuner).
D'excellents croissants non fourrés ouf!
Yaourts, confitures maisons, biscottes, fruits au sirop, boissons chaudes, jus de fruits, tarte et biscuits, beurre, miel, pâte chocolatée, jambon, Gruyère.
Déco un peu kitch ou vieillotte mais établissement en pierres ce qui fait le charme.
Salon cosy agréable.
Repas possible en terrasse ou intérieur.
Bar jusqu'à 23h.
Personnel de l'accueil très aimable.
Supérette à 10 mètres.
Lit et oreillers fermes: Un régal.
Face aux montagnes, côté terrasse le coucher de soleil est sympa

Cons:

Côté route un peu de bruit avec la fenêtre ouverte (pas de clim) et la circulation.
Pas d'oeufs, du pain mou pas très frais au petit déjeuner.
Salle de bain petite, difficile de mettre le tapis.
Un peu cher pour mon budget mais on ne regrette pas.

Posizione, si raggiunge in poco tempo sua Aosta che gran s. Bernardo e valpelline. BELLISSIMO BORGO

Hote in ottima posizione, ma la camera doveva avere balcone, invece solo finestra, spazi piccoli. Se si soggiorna per diversi giorni, problema con le valigie, gia si fa fatica a muoversi attorno al letto, bagno che pur essendo io molto magro, facevo fatica a muovermi per entrare in doccia o chiudere porta bagno. Pavimento sempre molto sporco. Rumori in piena notte. Personale gentile, però ultima sera si erano dimenticati di portarmi il piatto ordinato, dopo molta attesa l'ho fatto presente e mi hanno portato al volo la lasagna ordinaria fredda , di cattivo gusto, aveva aspetto di uno scarto
