Oh my goodness! This village is beautiful. The staff is A+! The breakfast is to die for. My balcony view filled me with joy!

Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Erklärung der Unterkunft zum Ablauf völlig ausreichend.

Cons:

Leider war ich dann vom Rest sehr enttäuscht. Da haben die Bilder bei der Reservierung mehr versprochen. Mein Zimmer war aus meiner Sicht überhaupt nicht ansprechend gestaltet und versprühte eher den spartanischen Charme eines Personalzimmers. Zudem stand bei meiner Ankunft wohl die Terrassentür längere Zeit offen, weshalb sich eine Vielzahl von Ungeziefer im Zimmer eingenistet hatte.
Auch kulinarisch konnte das Hotel nicht punkten: Das Abendessen war absolut nichts Besonderes und das Frühstücksbuffet leider sehr ernüchternd. Gekrönt wurde der Aufenthalt von einem eher unqualifizierten Personal, das zudem nicht besonders zuvorkommend oder freundlich agierte. Für den verlangten Preis habe ich deutlich mehr Qualität und Service erwartet.

utilfredsstillende værelse på Hotel Beau Sejour

Morgenmaden helt fin og beliggenhed ok.

Cons:

Jeg havde bestilt 2 værelser 6,5 mdr. forud og har boet på hotellet en del gange. jeg forventede at få et ordentligt værelse som Genius 3 medlem for det plejer jeg at få. MEN receptionisten tildelte os et meget ringe dobbeltværelse i annekset. et lille værelse og med en så lille brusekabine at jeg knapt kunne stå derinde. jeg klagede til receptionisten men han afviste mig og sagde at jeg bare kunne booke direkte med dem i stedet for via Booking.com, for så ville jeg få et normalt værelse. Meget utilfredsstillende service og hvis genius 3 medlemsskab samt tidlig booking fremover betyder dårlige værelser, så kan jeg ikke bruge Booking.com mere.
Personalet i restauranten var som sedvanligt meget søde.

Pros:

Super petit déjeuner dans une très belle salle à manger typiquement montagnarde.
Nous avons séjourné dans l'aile moderne avec une petite terrasse à l'arrière de notre chambre, très agréable !
