There no ocean beach belongs to the hotel , nearest public wasn’t very comfortable . Hotel need an update

Sehr gutes À-la-carte Restaurant, top Duschutensilien (Shampoo, Duschgel, Conditioner und Body-Loation - alles von Rituals), gute Lage und Aussicht, Büffet durchschnittlich

Cons:

Parkplatz hatten wir, allerdings ist nicht immer einer verfügbar. Die Minibar im Zimmer war defekt und wurde trotz Nachfrage nicht repariert. Die Klimaanlage ist alles andere als selbsterklärend und sehr schwierig einzustellen (entweder Vollgas oder gar nicht). Das Bett und vor allem die Pölster waren sehr hart.

Um hotel de um grande grupo hoteleiro que nos faz sentir "em casa"
Pros:

Apesar de ser um hotel grande e com bastantes hóspedes a hospitalidade dos funcionários de todas as valências era personalizada tornando o ambiente muito acolhedor.

Importante referir a limpeza e higiene cuidada de todo os espaços no hotel.

As refeições eram de qualidade elevada, tanto o pequeno almoço como o buffet ao jantar sendo ambos muito variados. De salientar os buffets temáticos.

Experimentámos também o restaurante "a la carte", foi uma experiência gourmet.

Excelente oferta ao nível dos equipamentos, sendo que nós apenas experimentámos as duas piscinas, interior e exterior, que fez as delícias da nossa filha.

Ofereciam todas as noites musica ao vivo para terminar o dia com um serão agradável.

Very good accommodation for a vacation

Tudo perfeito!
A facilidade de estacionamento, a simpatia dos funcionários, a dimensão do quarto, a localização do pequeno almoço.

Cons:

Coisas a melhorar é sem dúvida o pequeno almoço. Para um hotel de 5 estrelas, o pequeno almoço não surpreende e faltam muitas opções mediterrâneas. É sem dúvida uma oportunidade de melhoria.
Também melhorava as almofadas pois a qualidade não equivale a 5 estrelas.

Aufenthalt wegen Beschwerden nach Meeresfrüchten enttäuschend.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer und gute Aussicht.

Cons:

Das Abendbuffet war enttäuschend. Nach dem Verzehr von Meeresfrüchten kam es zu gesundheitlichen Beschwerden mit Krankenhauskosten; der Rest meines Urlaubs hat darunter gelitten. Die Magenprobleme bestehen weiterhin. Insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Gut aber leider nicht ausreichend für 5 Sterne

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Das Bad war sehr schön ausgestattet (Extra Bidet). Das Frühstück war sehr gut (mit Ausnahme der Rühreier, diese waren zu flüssig). Die Parkplätze waren kostenlos verfügbar.

Cons:

Der Whirlpool war nur lauwarm. Auch im Spa waren der Whirlpool und das Hammam nur Lauwarm. Im Heißwasserbecken befand sich sehr viel Sand???!!!
