The pool area and the bedrooms were really nice.Rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard.
Overall, our stay was good. however, I felt that the service at reception could have been a little more helpful and welcoming. I tended to approach the desk only when necessary, as at times I felt that my requests were creating additional work for the staff.
We decided to extend our stay by a further three nights and, although our room was available, it took approximately 25 minutes to arrange. There was very little communication or explanation during this time, which made the process feel longer than necessary.
A little more engagement and communication from the reception team would have made a significant difference to the overall experience.
It’s a really nice hotel. Clean, beautiful, and with spacious rooms. The only weakness is that the toilets don’t have a ventilation.

Only fault with the hotel is that we accidentally left a personal item in the room and when I rang them less than 24 hours after checking out to see if they had it.
They told me that there was nothing in the room when it was clean.
I understand it is not their responsibility to mind our belongings but I know where the item was left and it felt like they weren't interested in returning the item to me.
It wasn't worth a financial amount to us but it was sentimental.

En los muy largos pasillos, la moqueta tienen muchas manches....mal para un hotel de 5 estrellas.
Por desgracia yo cogió un virus el tercer día de nuestro estancia y no podría disfrutar de nada.
Como siempre, la gente reservando las hamacas en la piscina.
