Pros:

Hotel bien situado en Sao Martinho, que es un barrio de las afueras de Funchal. Muy animado y con múltiples sitios de restauración. El personal es muy amable. Ofertan parking gratis lo cual es casi imprescindible, pues la zona es de aparcamiento controlado, y no es fácil poder ubicar el coche. Tiene programa de animación con música en directo todas las noches. Habitaciones amplias y limpias así como bien climatizadas.

Cons:

El buffet es mejorable, sobre todo cuando tienes la expectativa de un cinco estrellas. En ocasiones la cocina no era óptima. Optamos por el régimen desayuno-cena, y alguna cena no estuvo a la altura de lo que espera en una hotel de esta categoría.
En la piscina se bloquean con toallas las tumbonas, no pudiendo hacer uso de ella.

Cons:

O espaço precisa de uma atualização, está um pouco outdated. As camas e almofadas eram muito desconfortáveis, e o spa está em mau estado também: na piscina faltavam alguns ladrilhos por exemplo. E o resto (sauna, banho turco,etc) estava fechado

A very successful stay. I would happily return here.
Pros:

I enjoy a varied breakfast and that’s exactly what was offered. Friendly staff. Spacious apartament with an ocean view. Daily housekeeping and replenishment of water, coffee and tea. The hotel isn’t new, but it well- maintained and spacious. Underground parking available.

Cons:

Sometime there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom when the door had been kept closed for a long time. The refrigerator door in the kitchenette opened the wrong way.

הצוות, המקום, האווירה! זה ממש 10 דקות נסיעה ממרכז פונשל. בכל האזור יש מלא מסעדות (כולל מסעדה של המלון). במלון עצמו יש חדר כושר, 2 בריכות וג'קוזי ועוד שלל מתקנים. חדרים גדולים, חנייה פרטית לאורחי המלון חינם וצוות מדהים שעוזר וזמין לכל שאלה. הייתה לנו טיסה שהתבטלה בעקבות מזג אוויר והגענו באיחור של יום, הודענו להם והם הודיעו לחברת השכרה ולכל מי שהיה צריך בשביל לגרום לשהייה שלנו שם להיות נוחה יותר. בקיצור ממש עשו מעל ומעבר בשביל הנוחות שלנו.

הכל היה מושלם באמת!

Foi uma excelente experiência, a repetir certamente!
Pros:

Do conforto, limpeza, amenities de qualidade, bom pequeno almoço, quarto amplo e boa iluminação.

Cons:

Música à noite muito alta que incomodou na hora de dormir.

Pros:

The staff were wonderfully helpful throughout our stay. We booked half-board, so we enjoyed dinner at the hotel each evening, which included a fantastic traditional Madeira Night with live performances. It was a really lovely touch!

Cons:

The facilities are starting to show their age, and unfortunately, the mattress springs were quite uncomfortable for us.
