Ischia une île sublime et relaxante
Pros:

Grifo est un hotel tranquille, avec une vue sur la terrasse sublime. Le Spa, la piscine, le restaurant en font un hôtel de charme et de relaxation. Personnel au petit soin, très aimable et serviable. Une cuisine savoureuse dirigée par un maître d’hôtel fabuleux et d’une extrême gentillesse. Ischia est une très belle île et cet hôtel la sublime. Je le recommande à 100%.

Acceuil réception et restauration, service impeccable

Cons:

Chambre trop proche de la réception avec une porte du couloir souvent ouverte, donc les bruits se propage dans la chambre car il manque une porte intermédiaire pour isoler l'entrée de la chambre de la partie nuit. (dommage pour un 4*)

Pros:

Passed a very relaxing few days here. Staff are very welcoming, helpful and attentive but in a relaxed manner. Furnishings really well done, just what you’d expect at a spa hotel and room was very comfortable. Lovely views from the top terrace. Also peaceful location and great food!

My partner and I just finished a 4-night stay here looking for some R&R, and it was absolutely wonderful.
Pros:

The hotel is so quiet and peaceful, making it incredibly easy to unwind.
We had a ground-floor room with a terrace, and the sea views were spectacular. The whole place was spotlessly clean, the pool was lovely and warm, and the central location was spot on. Also, the free shuttle to and from the port was a massive bonus and made traveling stress-free. Breakfast was another highlight—sitting outside overlooking the pool was the perfect way to start the day.
The staff were all so friendly, but Antonio stands out by far. He was always cheery, helpful, and just a lovely person to chat with.

Cons:

The only minor thing was that the bathroom was quite small, but honestly, it didn’t impact our stay at all. We had a tremendous time and would definitely come back!

Absolute paradise - fell in love with Ischia and Grifo Hotel
Pros:

This hotel is exceptional - beautiful location, lovely and helpful staff, spacious , clean and comfortable rooms, excellent food, great pool and thermal baths - very much hope to come back one day. The Giardini La Mortella are well worth a visit

Cons:

It would be a fair walk down into the town and back - I damaged my knee just before we came out and would have struggled to get up and down the hills. But the shuttle bus was always available and we never had to wait long to get where we needed to be - local bus service also seems good .

Pros:

The hotel is lovely, the setting is quiet and high up on a hill with views, the rooms are great, staff are amazing. Breakfast was quite a spread, and being a small hotel the staff remember what you like! The location is not walkable to a town which some people might prefer but they have a shuttle bus to the main port town 5 minutes away which made it easy to get in and out without any issues and it didn't stop us doing anything. The pool is heated which is great when you go earlier in the season! If anything it was a little warm! You can also arrange to be picked up from the ferry. Tip: it is just as quick to/from Ischia Porto so don't be fooled by the hotel address being Casamicciola into thinking you need to get the ferry there (as we did)!

Cons:

It is a perfect couples hotel as it is small and intimate, and with a thermal spa. Which means any children can be quite disruptive. Not purposely but because they are naturally louder. We accidentally travelled over an Italian holiday trying to avoid UK holidays and after there being no children in the hotel, there were then a couple of families, one of which was quite noisy around the small pool area on a day we were trying to relax. I would recommend making it an adults only hotel.

Pros:

This hotel is one of the few that still takes pride in providing a professional service for travelers. The restaurant is amazing. Both the food and service is top notch. The hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable. Our balcony had a view of the gorgeous sea. The pool and spa provide comfort and relaxation. If you need to go into the center of town or to the port, the hotel provides a free shuttle. We had 5 amazing nights staying at the Grifo. Highly recommend.
