Travel frequently, best in every way, Food, very clean, and all of the staff were amazing. Nice views as well.
My husband and I enjoyed a 12-day honeymoon at Il Grifo Charme Hotel & Spa. We were met with kind and attentive staff, an incredible view from our room, delicious food, and a top-notch spa. We very much appreciated the complimentary pick-up when we arrived on the island, and communicating with the hotel staff was easy and convenient through Whatsapp. The hotel felt private and quiet. Although there were many guests when we were there, we never felt it was overcrowded. There was plenty of room to relax by (and in) the pool and at the spa. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces, and made good use of the Grifo-mobile mini bus that conveniently made regular (or upon request) drop offs and pick-ups downtown. The restaurant served delicious food throughout the day, and had special rotating menus for dinner throughout the week.
We can't thank Marika, Enzo, Alberto, Michele, and the rest of the staff enough for making our so special and memorable. Your knowledge of the island and care for your guests is extraordinary. We dream of returning!!

Shuttle service not available at all times into town. However, staff calls taxi service.
The interior pool water could be a little warmer, and the sauna was needed to warm up
Everything about the hotel, the personnel, from reception to shuttle service to housekeeping, was exemplary! They accomodated our requests, were extremely helpful and kind (apart from a very slight discomfort we felt in the spa this one time due to a screaming child as we thought children up to 12 were not allowed, but anyway) everything was exceptional. I cannot not commend signore Enzo and chef Pasquale for the sensational breakfast buffet and their accomodating us on August 15th when Italians traditionally eat fish and we didnt. 😀
I can't remember everyone's name but especially Marika and Mrs. Carmella (I think her name is 😊) were a dream to talk to, ask tips and recommendations from and chit chat in general (sorry for taking up so.much of your time!) and I cant wait to be back!
Last but not least, the view from our room was spectacular!!!

I highly recommend Grifo Hotel. The staff is warm, professional, and puts you immediately at ease. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the amenities are lovely. Shuttle service to and from the port was helpful. I was traveling alone and felt so taken care of by Alberto, Carmela, Enzo, and the entire staff! They will give you the space to practice Italian, so don’t be shy!
The full breakfast and morning coffee service was really nice. I also had dinner when I arrived; be sure to make a reservation. Laundry service was also helpful. Rooftop terrace was spectacular at dawn.
Nice hiking in the area. I would absolutely return.

Un unico piccolo appunto sulla SPA, avere un plus del genere già è molto importante, quindi magari una gestione più puntigliosa sarebbe l’ideale, anche perché un servizio così non lo trovi facilmente.
