Pros:

Un hôtel SPA à taille humaine au calme, très propre et de bon goût. La qualité du service a l’accueil, très professionnelle et attentionnée.
Un grand merci à tout le personnel qui a été très gentil et serviable. Le service à table grâce à son majordome, son équipe, et à son chef cuisinier y est excellent. La navette gratuite est un plus.
Ischia une belle île à découvrir.
Merci à tous pour ce beau séjour !

Pros:

Siamo appena tornati dalla nostra vacanza in questo hotel ad Ischia e anche questa volta è stata perfetta. Una settimana di vero relax.
È la terza volta che scegliamo questa struttura e ogni volta ci sentiamo a casa. Camere sempre pulitissime, ottima colazione, posizione non centrale ma l’hotel offre un servizio navetta per arrivare ad Ischia centro.
Ma il vero punto di forza è lo staff: sempre gentile, disponibile, sorridente e attentissimo ad ogni esigenza. Il signor Alberto e la signora Carmela sono professionali e di cuore.
Un posto dove si torna volentieri e che consiglio a tutti. Ci rivediamo sicuramente alla prossima occasione.

abbiamo cenato tutte le sere presso la struttura, cibo squisito di alto livello accolti e consigliati sempre dal maitre di una gentilezza unica

valore aggiunto il servizio navetta sempre pronto e disponibile che ci ha consentito di raggiungere tutti i luoghi di nostro interesse senza usufruire del servizio taxi che ad Ischia mi è parso estremamente costoso

We stayed for 3 days, location was pleasant but the food service offering was limited for a 4 star
Pros:

Restaurant manager was excellent. Pool was nice. Superb bonus of mini bus service into the town. This was essential due to the location, but this was very much appreciated.

Cons:

The room was described as having a garden. Please note this was not private and your shared it as it was in front of other rooms. The pillows needed replacing. Breakfast was only ok. The air conditioning had problems during our stay, it was leaking. It appears to be a privately owned hotel and they have a lot to learn in operating as a hotel attracting modern visitors. There was no room service offered during the day, they seem to do what they always have done and do not seem to want to change or learn from feedback. The staff were always pleasant. These comments are to help their future direction.

Posizionata in una zona tranquilla. Silenziosa. perfettamente mantenuta. semplice ma elegante . Accogliente, personale gentilissimo. Dispobibile e sempre sorridente. I servizi offerti sono facilmente fruibili. La piscina è comoda. La colazione è la cena sono veramente buone ed a livello. Una menzione particolare per la proprietà. Il mitico maitre Vincenzo ed a tutto lo staff Inoltre molto bella la Spa e abbiamo fatto un bellissimo massaggio rilassante

An enjoyable stay at a most hospitable hotel
Pros:

Charming, family-run hotel that was peaceful and very clean. Family and staff were professional, friendly and super helpful. Nice facilities, convenient shuttle and delicious, reasonably-priced lunch and dinner service, if you opt for them.

Cons:

Enjoyed our stay overall though some guests might want to be situated in one of the towns along the sea. We enjoyed being higher up in a quieter area as arranging a taxi, taking a bus or using the hotel shuttle were easy options for getting around the island.

Personale meraviglioso, dalla reception ai camerieri alla signora delle pulizie, era piacevole vedere sempre tutti col sorriso e genuinamente interessati al benessere degli ospiti.
La posizione è ottima (noi consigliamo di noleggiare un motorino o una macchina perché l'isola è grande e merita di essere visitata). Il cibo ottimo, l'albergo molto curato e pulito.

Altro che 5 stelle, qui ne servirebbero 10! Un soggiorno breve ma, semplicemente fantastico, dall’inizio alla fine. Struttura bellissima, ambienti curati e pulitissimi, personale sempre gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza.
Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati come se fossimo a casa, ma con tutti i comfort di una vacanza da sogno. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato con attenzione e si percepisce quanto amore e professionalità ci siano dietro il lavoro di tutto lo staff. Dalla signora Carmela alla reception, ad Enzo il metre che vi accoglie a colazione, pranzo e cena.
Una vacanza che porteremo nel cuore e un posto in cui torneremmo assolutamente. Consigliatissimo! Se potessi dare 10 stelle, ne darei anche 20.

Another wonderful stay
Pros:

This is our second time coming to this hotel and likely won’t be the last. From start to finish our stay had been a dream. We were contacted by the hotel in the days prior to arriving to arrange our pick up from the port. They arrived bringing us straight to the hotel, greeting us with a welcome drink and advising us on the different facilities available to us.

Despite arriving before check in time our room was ready and our bags were brought to our room. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely outdoor patio area. The air conditioning in the room kept us nice and cool which was needed given the heat outside.

Before heading to the pool we enjoyed some lunch in the restaurant where we were looked after by Enzo. We had the pleasure of meeting Enzo last year and he was as one of the reasons we looked forward to coming back this year. The food was as tasty and fresh as we remembered and the portions very generous.

The pool and relaxation area is one of our favourite parts of this hotel. There are numerous loungers, umbrellas and canopies both beside and the pool and in the upper area. These areas are always clean and never crowded and a great place to enjoy a cold drink while reading after a swim.

The hotel staff are amazing and so accommodating. The hotel runs a bus numerous times throughout the day between the hotel and Ischia port. We spent our evenings exploring Ischia port, enjoying the bars and restaurants in the town. The staff provided us with great recommendations of where to go to enjoy the food and drinks as well as the best local spots to enjoy the thermal baths.

We are already planning our trip for next year and can’t wait to be back!

This property is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but it falls far below that standard. The rooms are extremely outdated, the beds are exceptionally hard, the pillows are flat, and the “duvet” is just a thin sheet. After the first night, my family and I all woke up with severe neck, back and hip pain. The towels are also of very poor quality—more like thin cleaning cloths than proper hotel towels.

Our room had virtually no mobile signal, and the Wi-Fi was so weak that remote work would have been impossible. The patio offered no privacy whatsoever: it faced another building with transparent doors directly opposite, neighboring patios were only steps away, and the balcony above blocked most of the sunlight.

The hotel layout is also unusual. To reach reception, guests walk directly through the pool and jacuzzi area where others are sunbathing and eating, which is uncomfortable both for arriving guests and for those trying to relax.

We raised our concerns at reception within about an hour of checking in. We were told to return the next day because only the owner could make decisions. The following morning we were shown another room, but it was virtually identical, with the same issues, and we were told they would “check” whether a Junior Suite might become available the following day. It was never actually offered or confirmed.

Since we had booked six nights and the room was not suitable, we contacted Booking.com to request a partial refund. The hotel refused and falsely claimed they had already offered us a Junior Suite, which simply did not happen.

The situation became even more upsetting when we asked the reception why our request had been rejected. A driver employed by the hotel came out and began insulting us in Italian, assuming we wouldn’t understand the language, calling us liars and accusing us of complaining for no reason.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per qualche giorno tra amiche e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La struttura è tranquilla, accogliente e con una vista splendida.
Tutto lo staff è stato sempre disponibile, gentile, attento e sorridente. Ogni nostra richiesta è stata accolta con gentilezza e disponibilità, soprattutto con il servizio navetta, senza mai farci pesare nulla e dimostrando una disponibilità rara.
Porteremo con noi un bellissimo ricordo di questa vacanza!

Erholsam, ruhig und gemütlich aber nicht gerade zum empfehlen
Pros:

Der Ort, das Hotel im g am neun sehr schön, hell und gut zum sich entspannen.

Cons:

Bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt, Das Morgenessen war immer das gleiche , Tische zum Essen waren defekt, Pool und Terme an der grenze von der Sauberkeit
