Pros:

The kind gentleman at the front desk. I think his name was Jerome

Cons:

I am not a complainer and would never write a bad review. I had dirty linen on my bed. I spoke to someone in management the next morning to have housekeeping to make my bed and leave extra towels. Just what, it never happened! I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

So glad we chose this location. Will add 4 points to our travel stays
Pros:

Location was excellent! Breakfast was delicious and was an excellent vaue. Omelets were outstanding. Front dest clerk last name was jones was excellent. Rhonda jones was also excellent. Both last name was jones but not related. Rhonda made sure our handicap sticker was visible to avoid being towed. Very helpful staff at check in also. Can't remember his name

Cons:

Everything was fine. I got a lower floor, great clean room. Loved it

Highly recommend for the Jacksonville area.
Pros:

The property had reasonable pricing for what you get. The lobby was very well kept and looked to have a full service bar/restaurant. The room we stayed in was very spacious with a sliding door on the bathroom. Tv was good size and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Only complaint would be the lack of a microwave in the room.
