Pros:

It was bigger than I expected, the staff were really helpful at check in and check out. It was pretty central to where I wanted to get to.

Cons:

There are a lot of stairs and no lift, so do be mindful if you have mobility issues or are just a bit unfit!
I was a bit concerned that the drain in the shower seemed to not be draining very well. At one point I was convinced it would overflow and flood the bathroom.
The bathroom was massive, so it was a bit disappointing that the shower cubicle wasn't a bit bigger, but it is what I expected so can't complain.

Clean, Perfect for the West End, Great Value
Pros:

I was delighted to find there was a bath and shower and a little kitchenette attached to my basic room. These were unexpected bonuses. The accommodation was exceptionally clean. I will definitely be returning, when visiting London. A special mention must be made for the kind, polite caretaker.

It was grateful, and didn’t expect the quality of the place
Pros:

It was super clean. It almost look like a hotel.
I’ve just talked with the receptionist and the cleaning woman, but both of them were very nice

Cons:

There were just two things that I didn’t like. They may be quite subjective, but I wasn’t comfortable with them.

One of them is that the door has a huge gap at the bottom, so every time someone enters the building, the light turns on. I ended up putting a towel there to cover it.

The second issue is that there wasn’t anything to indicate ‘do not disturb’ or ‘please clean’. So one afternoon I came back and everything had been cleaned. You might think that’s a good thing, but I wasn’t expecting it, and I had literally everything out — my MacBook, passport, and other personal belongings. I appreciate the cleaning, but I would have liked to be able to decide.
