Pros:

The staff were so lovely! We arrived early and not only did they let us check in immediately, but as a twin room wasn't available, they just upgraded us to a larger family room! The room itself has everything you needed and was clean and comfortable, with a very old school London vibe. Fantastic value for money given the location!

ロンドン再訪の際は、迷わずまたここに泊まります！
Pros:

ベイカーストリートを起点にしたロンドン観光に最適な立地です。
部屋は清潔で写真のとおり、キッチンも充実しています。お皿から鍋、包丁まで一通り揃っており、トースター完備。Wi-Fiも快速です。
インスタントコーヒー・紅茶・ビスケットの備え付けもあり、嬉しい心遣いでした。
レストラン、スーパー、地下鉄（チューブ）、バス、シャーロックホームズ博物館、WBロンドン行きのバス停もすべて徒歩圏内という抜群の立地。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただけたのも大変助かりました。

Cons:

強いて挙げるとすれば、以下の2点です。
チェックイン時にヘアドライヤーが用意されていませんでしたが、時間外の管理人への伝言とBooking.comのチャットでお願いしたところ、帰宅時にはきちんと準備されていました。迅速な対応に満足しています。
建物の構造上、夜間は隣室のドアの開閉や足音が聞こえることがあります。音に敏感な方には気になるかもしれません。ただし、私たち家族は疲れてぐっすり眠れたため、気になることはありませんでした。

Great location and comfortable for a short stay in London.
Pros:

Excellent location, very convenient for getting around London. The room had all the essentials, including fresh towels and toiletries, which made the stay comfortable. It was also very helpful to have a USB charging port available, as I didn’t have a plug adapter with me at the time.

Cons:

It could be helpful to have an EU-compatible plug or adapter available for international travellers.

Friendly and responsive staff, easy to find, great transport links. The apartment had basic facilities but it was quiet and spotlessly clean, beds were really comfortable. A great place to lay your head when staying in London.
