Spark by Hilton San Antonio Dominion

Front desk experience was not good. Asked for a luggage cart was told “we don’t have any down here”. Didn’t bother to help with our luggage ( we are both disabled). When we got to the room the curtains would not close so we had to move to another room. Housekeeper was extremely nice with this as. Manager didn’t bother to come see or help. Breakfast was non existent. When we went for coffee there was none and staff didn’t seem eager to make anymore. Juices were watered down. AND homeless people were coming in from the side door ( yes not secured at all) to help themselves with breakfast. Would not recommend this hotel nor will I stay there again. The only reason I gave it two stars s was because at least the room was clean.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The room was very clean, the service was attentive, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Everything felt well maintained and well run. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Kid and pet friendly Very close to restaurants and Walmart. Quiet and the customer service was excellent. From the time we called that we ran out of towels till we got them was less than literally five minutes.

It was ok trip but I'm only concern was the thin walls. I was able to hear every time the individual went to the restroom and his whole conversation. I wasn't really impressed with the breakfast selection. It wasn't much to offer. The breakfast selection was low or empty and it wasn't even available to replenish it. Overall, the stay was ok but needed minor things corrected.

I arrived at the “Spark” hotel San Antonio airport to a dark parking lot without adequate lighting at the back . After entering the hotel, I discovered that in addition to my room fee there was a $100 hold for “incidentals”. As there was no room service, food available or entertainment venue I don’t what the reasons are for this. Their website advertises complimentary parking but they are charging a fee per night. My room was suppose to have a bath/tub combo but alas stuck valves meant no bath. They have decided to save money by not supplying the rooms with paper cups for drinking water. .. This is not as advertised nor what is expected under the Hilton brand. There are plenty of other hotels near the airport that are “as advertised”. This is not.

Good location. Rooms are clean. Front desk kept taking calls with me standing there trying to check in. Felt it was rude but dont think he meant for me to feel that way. AC unit in 127 is very very loud and squeaky though. Still as a diamond member, I still love Hilton!

Check-in was fairly quick and we asked for a room that was not too close to the elevator. Our room was switched but the keys didn’t work, second time around they did once the room number was corrected. The room was clean and quiet. In the bathroom neither of the outlets worked, that was the only issue.
The breakfast is limited to a few options and wasn’t available until about 6:30 am.
The hotel is near several grocery stores and lots of restaurants being on I-10. It was a convenient location for one night, if it was a longer trip we would have chosen a nicer location.

The beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE! Super clean and affordable. Bagel breakfast in the morning was so good and the coffee was delicious! Additionally, I will say this- get a rental car if you plan on staying here. It’s about 25-30 minutes outside of the city of downtown San Antonio.

Hotel was nice and room was clean. We were a little disappointed by the breakfast. Nothing cooked. Only cereals, muffins and bagels. Also there was only one microwave in the whole place

Great experience, loved the space and the quiet. Enjoyed the late checkout and the staff was very helpful. Great stay!!

Front desk staff were very nice, the lobby and rooms were clean.

Very basic, but clean and comfortable beds. Excellent price. Would have liked a microwave in room. One was available in lobby, though. Very basic continental breakfast. Went to IHOP. Overall, good value for price.

This hotel was a perfect stop over on our road trip. The front desk was very kind and able to help with a couple request. The hotel itself is in a safe location and very clean.

Great stay at a great location

Great hotel to sleep in after a 7 hour trip to relax and continue ahead. The staff was great!!! And the night was very quiet.

The location was great. Service was excellent. I was given good directions at the front desk. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel had ice available. There was no microwaves in the rooms but one available at the front desk as well as beverages or food for purchase. The pool was open and clean.

Great and clean overall, great staff clean rooms. Quiet environment, pet friendly. Close to a lot of major theme parks and restaurants
