Cleanliness
6
Multiple guests reported cleanliness problems: roach sightings and egg casing, stained sheets, slimey/unclean tub, dirty pool and general lack of cleanliness in parts of the property.
Service
8.6
Mixed reports: several mentions of rude or unhelpful front-desk interactions and a cancelled reservation, but also multiple notes of helpful/kind staff and responsive desk agents for other guests; overall service appears inconsistent but helpful for many guests.
Location
9.2
Consistently praised: convenient location close to stores, college, and event/tournament venues; location is a primary reason guests chose the hotel.
Room Quality
6.5
Rooms had recurring issues: AC not cooling, missing towels, non-working TV, uncomfortable beds, refrigerator or ice machine failures, dim lighting; some guests found rooms otherwise acceptable.
Amenities
8.4
Amenities are available (breakfast service, pool, elevator, ice/refrigerator, toiletries) but several were reported as malfunctioning or unclean (dirty pool, broken ice machine, elevator concerns, empty body wash).
Value for Money
6
Several guests felt the price was not justified given issues encountered (overpriced, cleanliness and maintenance problems), indicating below-expectation value.
Food and Beverage
8.4
Breakfast received positive notes (described as 'great' with many choices by some guests), though a few guests reported limited selection; overall generally favorable for many visitors.
Overall Experience
8.5
Mixed overall: convenience of location and positive breakfast/service experiences for some versus serious service and cleanliness failures for others (including reservation cancellations and safety/cleanliness incidents). Many guests still found it a convenient, usable stay.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

It was a nice room and very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices.. It is located close to where I needed to be.

Cons:

The door didn't close easily. The door was open when we got to the room. It did close with an extra push. They couldn't give me a receipt because I booked it through booking.com

Very unpleasant
Pros:

I have stayed there beforehand it was fine

Cons:

I was checked into a room knowing the ac didn’t work and they had installed two box fans and it was still 80 degrees in there. I asked for another room and they did not have one available so I immediately checked out was not even in the room 5 minutes

I don't think the price was justified by the quality of the room.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was less than adequate. The sheets looked stained. There was a roach egg casing on the curtain by the window. Only one elevator was working. There was no ice in the ice machine.

Pros:

The location was fine.

Cons:

The a/c did not cool. It was not clean. My daughter fell in the shower. It had no anti-slip material on the bottom of the tub (looks like there used to be some on it). After she fell and we insisted it the tub was slimey and unclean therefore slippery. I immediately let the front desk know she was nice enough but there was no manager. I have yet to be contacted by a manager. Two different people took my information supposedly for a manager to call me. The second person seen to not care at all about what happened.
