La arquitecta del edificio

Cons:

Su sistema de llaves de habitación.
A cada rato debes ir a recepción a qué te activen la llave
Pedí las habitaciones cerca y de nada sirvió. Según su pretexto hotel lleno pero te das cuenta de que no es cierto.
En fin .
Deben mejorar.

Comfortable
Pros:

The bed is amazing. It's been a few weeks since we stayed there and we're still talking about the bed. Room was clean and comfortable, the place had a Starbucks, and the outdoor patios were nice. Place was clean and calm.

Cons:

The staff didn't speak English, the shower head was fixed and no handheld shower head which I'd say is a standard in high end hotels. The pool was surprisingly small. You could see the place isn't finished yet, but nothing that would keep us away. The price difference between a weekend and regular weekdays was super high, we got a nice deal on Monday. Weekend was really expensive.

Pros:

Diseño del hotel, está muy bonito. La ubicación es muy buena.

Cons:

Le falta mantenimiento, los muebles del cuarto se ven algo dañados. La puerta del baño choca con una parte fija y al ser de vidrio resulta peligroso.

Excelente opción de hospedaje en Tuxpan
Pros:

El hotel es precioso, el servicio es muy bueno y todo el personal es muy atento.

Cons:

Lo único que mejoraría es la limpieza de la alberca, pero se entiende que en temporada de lluvias puede ser algo complicado.
