The room was excellent! A/C was quiet, large clean room, very comfortable beds, quiet and within walking distance to several good restaurants. Ask for room on the south side away from I40 road noise.
Sadly….the breakfast. Such great reviews on the breakfast and we were disappointed. It wasn’t kept restocked and by the time we got down by 8:45…. It was slim pickings. We waited around for the lady to bring food out. Finally, my husband had to find her and point out the need for more biscuits, eggs, sausage, ….to name a few, To her credit she brought out more but it took time to prepare and she didn’t replenish everything. Not sure what was up with all that. We obviously hit a bad day for breakfast there.
Everything! Plenty of towels, adjustable shower head. Great TV channel selections, wonderful breakfast, tea &coffee…!

We were there for a baseball tournament. It was only 5 minutes from the field.
The tank on top of the toilet was very loose and unstable.
The are where the indoor pool is was very hot and poorly ventilated.
I know kids can be loud but we were near the pool and the kids stomped up and down the stairs and let doors slam till up in the night...but it wasn't the staffs fault...but it was a very nice place...
The staff in this hotel that we came in contact were very welcoming, helpful and kind. All was clean and tidy and we would definitely stay there again.
The hottub was out of commission but the pool was great and we understand that these things come up and should not count against them.

Was in town getting married and really stressed. Arrived and Everything was great. EJ at the front desk was polite, pleasant and professional. Definitely staying here again.
When the concierge realized she made a mistake by giving me a room that wasn't ready for check en she quickly apologized and addressed the issue accordingly
Extremely clean and comfortable. Nicely updated!
