Very pleasant and relaxing…outside of the power glitch issue

Already filled out a survey…
But staff was great… literally everyone I spoke with was polite, friendly, and professional.

Cons:

There had been a power glitch just before we arrived. It took a minute to sort out, because they couldn’t pull up the booking and produce room cards. Need to have a backup in place… Most paying guests, after driving all day, don’t want to wait another hour or so to get into their hotel rooms.

Even though the hotel was updated, you can tell that the property has not been cared for.
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The location of the hotel and conveniently located.

Cons:

The sink was clogged and could not be fixed till the next morning. The fitted sheet had a hole in it where bugs could crawl in it. The breakfast was so cold that my wife and I decided to go to the restaurant down the street

We had to stay 5 days because of power outage due to ice storm.They were so helpful, the breakfast was very good every morning.The indoor was great.
