Location was superb.

Cons:

The room started to have an AC leak.
How the night manager handled it was with an irritated attitude, as if this was a recurring issue they had, and offered less than 5 minutes to switch to the next room, for which I requested a while longer, as we had to pack our luggage. You'd expect some sort of basic customer service skills to issue an apology for the inconvenience caused, and maybe an offering of some amenities, but all we got was the bad customer service, which was not great.

Cons:

They charged me twice, once on booking and then once in person and it was quite annoying to fix it. I told them when I checked in that I had paid already but they said no which was a mistake. If I had not sent them a request for a receipt I think I would have just paid twice.
