Pros:

Die Lage am Bahnhof

Cons:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel, auf Durchreise und mussten wegen unseres Zugs um 7:40 raus. Beim Einchecken wurde uns gesagt, dass wir ab 6:30 frühstücken können. Am nächsten Morgen hiess es, dass das Frühstück erst um 7:15, dann um 7:30 gibt. Die Frau im Restaurant war die unfreundluchste Person, die uns während unseres wunderschönen Urlaubs in Spanien begegnet ist. Während ein anderer Gast in Ruhe gefrühstückt hat, wurde mit uns diskutiert. Fast 70 € für Frühstück verschenkt. Nie wieder dieses Hotel!!

Nice hotel in Barcelona
Pros:

We had a good experience for the one night we stayed at AC hotel. It was clean and good facilities, also the breakfast was nice and all the staff very friendly.

Cons:

The only thing we did not like was that the room was booked for three and the set of towels and toiletries were for two... also the shower was open and we had to be careful not to spray around.

Bom hotel, de alto custo
Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado para quem utiliza o trem como transporte. Fica praticamente em frente à Estação Sants de Barcelona. As instalações são modernas, o tamanho do apartamento é muito bom e o café da manhã é bem variado e completo. A equipe é muito atenciosa e permite guardar as bagagens sem custo adicional.

Cons:

O custo do hotel é muito elevado. Entretanto, toda Barcelona é assim e não há muita opção. É preciso pesquisar muito para buscar alguma acomodação mais em conta. Ou seja, o hotel e a cidade são muito caros.

Not very clean rooms. There were hand marks on the walls. Toothpaste stains on the walls. Would not recommend

Hotel was located in a good location for our needs. ie being close to the station

Cons:

The air-conditioning did not work in the room. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable the first night. They said we could change rooms but there was no assistance to help relocate our luggage to another room. We opted to take the breakfasts at check-in but it was not communicated to the restaurant and they had to make calls to verify that this was correct.

El gran problema para mí las toallas. Están percudidas y muy viejas. No son para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Me alojé la semana pasada en Atocha en la misma cadena y fue mucho mejor.
