Pros:

It was good location for what we needed. Liked the bar very comfortable

Cons:

Our bathroom. For the money we paid .
Shower head was broken. And the sink had a crack also .we couldn't have shower unless you held the shower head. Felt like we were thrown into any old room .

Terrific location to the RDS and local points of interest.
Pros:

Location to the RDS was terrific for us The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and accommodating. They were there to answer any questions and help us in every way possible.

Cons:

Breakfast finished at 10am. A little later would have been terrific.

Staff were lovely. But couldn’t sleep for tonight’s with wind howling through door & window
Pros:

Excellent location for an event in the RDS

Cons:

Wind howled through the door for two nights. Maintenance slightly improved but did not resolve the issue for night 2. Staff on duty did their best & took my details so a manager could call me to follow up. A month later still waiting for that call…

Massive room for improvement!
Pros:

Brilliant location, lovely building and good staff. Breakfast good as well.

Cons:

Probably one of the worst nights sleep I’ve had. The amount of noise and shouting from other guests was horrendous. There should be better soundproofing and signs for other guests particularly when there are young families staying like ours. The room was far too warm as well. For the price it could have been so much better.

Moderate hotel. Better options in Dublin. A shame the room was so smelly.
Pros:

Good location, and nice looking building.

Cons:

Room was smelly and did not feel welcoming. Even keeping the windows open all day and night did not get rid of the smell.
