Great hotel nice location we enjoyed our stay in Dublin. The staff was very helpful with get and and helping with taxis service getting to our excursions

Perfect for short visit, safe , clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Good location, close to RDS with adjacent bus stop for air coach and public buses to city centre, Houston Station and airport. Dart stop also close by. Several reputable restaurants, cafes and delis close by including Avoca, Rolys and Intercontinental Hotel next door. Safe area to walk in. Hotel comfortable, clean with minimalist / functional front of house area. Bedroom - spacious, clean, comfortable beds, updated bathroom, quiet setting, window that opens and radiator that can be switched to suitable temperature. Lounge area on lower floor- very comfortable with pleasant decor. Staff pleasant and efficient.

Cons:

Lacks hospitable atmosphere - feels more like AirB&B property. Pared down staff presence eg. no porters at front entrance to welcome guests.

Cons:

The toilet's lock in the room had an issue, It took a good minute to unlock it. It needs serious oiling.
The rroms are not soundproof, even the samallest of noises in the corridor would be audable in the room.
