Clean room friendly helpful staff, nice breakfast was better than expected asked questions answered politely and helpful manner
A nice place to stop over. Staff nice, friendly, and ever ready to help. The breakfast was great. The room was clean and spacious. Good security
I can’t recommend staying here based on the actions of two individuals. All others we are interacted with were great but the two soured it for us. The front desk manager (I believe she was the manager) has a major attitude problem and does little to acknowledge even basic issues that arise.
We paid extra for a jetted tub and the 1st night it didn’t work. The phone also didn’t work to call the front desk, and the TV remote was broken. When I brought it to her attention the next day, she told me I was wrong and the tub did work. She also told me I can use my cell phone if I need to reach the front desk. She was incredibly dismissive and condescending. The following day I watched her berate a housekeeper in front of me while I stopped at the front desk and the employee was visibly embarrassed. There’s more but I doubt much will be done about it so I’ll leave at that. (Other than breakfast being cold every single day of our 4 day stay. Luckily they had a microwave, although they also often didn’t have plastic forks or knives……but they did have a disgusting half full bottle of community ketchup oozing crusted ketchup down the bottle. Just gross.)
The rooms were clean and it’s a good location. Management (at least hers) is atrocious.
Facility was lacking in much needed maintenance. Room had a running commode and closet door was missing part of it. Overall condition has lowered from the previous stays.
Stay away!!!! This has been the worst experience in my life! BEDBUGS!!!! Rooms were filthy! This place needs to be shut down!
Karen was the worst person I have ever met in the service industry. I was a front desk supervisor myself & never treated anyone the way she treated me & my family.
This property has bedbugs and when staff was notified of it the second time they kicked us out and called the police and stated we were refusing to leave when I tried to get the front desk personnel’s name.
Room was next to the elevator and we could barely sleep through the night. The back of the toilet bowl was split in half and I had my autistic grandson with me. Also the carpet had red stains on it. When asked to move to another room especially because of the split bowl. I was told I couldn’t and the lady at the front deck put blue tape on the back of the split bowl, which appealed to me grandsons curiosity more. I wasn’t happy with this stay at all
Breakfast was Horrible. Biscuits, gravy, sausage looked to be days old, bread for toast was very stale, we tried the bagel and it was stale too. A few oranges and they looked old/bruised. Waffle was good.
The hotel is very dated. While the bed was comfortable, the linens were dingy and old. The pillows had a horrible OLD dirty hair smell. We were so tired from driving that we just sucked it up and tried to get some sleep. The price was good, but it really wasn't worth it.
Front desk clerk was very helpful and extremely nice.
Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. All you can eat. Limited choices. Eggs, bagels, juices, coffee, cereal, milk, waffles and a few other options
Friendly staff
Great property.
The bed
Karen, the office attendant.
Was very rude and unprofessional
The room was dirty. The whirlpool did not have hot water. I paid for that room for that reason. Beer still in the fridge from last person. There were poop crumbs in the toilet. We got in at 1100 exhausted.
