客房/飯店清潔度:雖然不是太新的酒店，但是大致上都很乾淨。
服務品質：人員很熱心，有東西遺失會打電話回來確認並且協助寄送找回
飯店設施：ok
飯店位置：濱海就是靠海，但是離市區有點距離，一個小時車程跑不掉

Pros:

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpfull. The room is nice, and they have usb ports for charging your phone.Gym is very nice and very big too, hotel breakfast is way above my expectations, i think one of the best hotel breakfast I have in china. the only thing that i do not like about the hotel is the location, tried to look for some food or do a bit of shopping, cant find any. otherthan that the hotel is highly recommended.

Really nice hotel in strange location
Pros:

I took the bullet train to Tianjin to catch a cruise ship. This hotel is about one hour from Tianjin bullet train station and about another half hour to the cruise ship terminal. The hotel is full of people associated with the new industries surrounding this zone and port. My room overlooked the commercial port and was endlessly fascinating to watch. Chinese taxis are unbelievably cheap so the hour long drive was $50 US (about as much as I pay for the 15 minute taxi ride from LAX to my house). I got to see a lot of the countryside on this drive. Hotel is very nice. Rooms plush. Set up for businessmen, even down to the denim colored condoms in the bedside drawer! Very good value.
